Amazing hotel. 5star service. Extremely comfortable bed. Luxurious room

This is a top choice in Singapur. High end category hotel. The only setback was the AC. It didn’t get cold a couple of times but the technical service arrived immediately and solved it, however I wasn’t expecting this from a St Regis. Management was kind and discounted a part of my room service bill as compensation Excellent buffet breakfast. Nice outdoor pool. Luxurious and spacious rooms. Several restaurants in the property (Japanese, Steakhouse and Cantonese). Located in a luxury neighborhood (Orchard). I recommend it and would return.

We had a lovely stay from the beginning when Gobi greeted us at the front door. Inside, check in was friendly and efficient. In less than 10 minutes, we were on our way to rest and recuperation. The next morning, we really enjoyed the breakfast buffets which are a wonderful reflection of how cosmopolitan Singapore and its visitors are. Besides a huge selection of traditional European staples like bread, cheese, cut meats, etc. the buffets also featured juicers, a solid Indian selection, and our favorite, noodles made to order. More importantly, while having all these yummy ingredients is fun, I really want to call out the staff that made our breakfasts special. They were super friendly and efficient, made a point of engaging us and helping us navigate all the awesome food options. We didn’t eat dinner or lunch at the hotel so I cannot comment on those. The pool was fun for the kids and each of them got their own bed (many hotels struggle with hosting three semi-adult kids). So if you need something near orchard road or enjoy hotels that sparkle with their service, this is where I’d go.

Super clean

The staffs are helpful and nice. The room is excellent. The room service meals are fabulous, especially like the satays.

Construction was ongoing, a little bit noisy. Staff at check in was not friendly, and her English was hard to understand. Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. Experienced some smell in the hallway.

A very upmarket hotel. The staff were very welcoming & friendly & so helpful with maps, tours & suggestions. The location was excellent. Buses & shops within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Thisnproperty was located at orchard toad which made ot easy for us to travel to any of our day locations

We stayed as a family for 5 nights. Our stay has exceeded our expectations. The staff are all very professional and friendly. They’ve given us an experience that we haven’t had in other hotels. Only hotel who touched base with us upon booking and the week before our travel to find out if there’s a special occasion we’re celebrating. We’ve never really celebrated our wedding anniversary as it’s usually ‘packaged’ as part of our travel in the holiday season. However, staff asked if there’s anything we’re celebrating. As such, we have indicated that it is also our wedding anniversary. Oh boy, did they surprise and spoilt us! We arrived on a strewn rose petals room, fruits and treats. Also were treated with wine, macarons, rose and teddy souvenirs in the other days. Very special stay indeed. Special thanks to the butler team for making our stay a memorable one. Special mention to Penny, Syikin, Durai and San. Breakfast buffet has sufficient options that cater to varying preferences and dietary requirements - staff were very friendly and engaging always asking if everything is OK. Special mention to Darwin, Jonnel and Kamal. Gym has enough equipment for a reasonable workout with access to a body fat scanner which is a bonus. Pool is also of good size which the kids enjoyed. Overall, facilities and amenities of the hotel are well maintained. It’s also close to shops and steps away from Orchard Road. Highly recommended! Fabulously accommodating staff. Clean and modern hotel with an excellent breakfast, nice pool and spa facilities and brilliantly positioned for shopping and restaurants.

We stayed in a special suite which is named in the honor of the founders mother (st. Regis Founder). This was a great story to hear. Wish the experience matched that story. There was construction going on in the hotel which was not disclosed during reservation. Lobby had terrible smell. Luckily not in the room. Nothing over the top and was expensive compared to other hotels I had researched.

Great hotel, excellent services and staff

The St Regis Singapore has it all. Wonderful and friendly staff, excellent food at both the Chinese and Astor Restaurants, rooms large, airy and very comfortable. Near to large shopping outlets with readily available taxis should one require to explore further areas.

One of my closers had a terrible smell that I could smell all night even with the door closed. Even after complaining, they only wiped it down with some orange solution that did not fix the issue. I asked them to please wipe it down with bleach but that request was ignored. Had to stay in a stinky room for a week.

Nice staff

Nice big room but only 1 usb plug. Cant you afford the $10 to equip eveey power outlet with a usb socket? This is 2024, not 1971.
