Terrible experience,will never come again

Overall good, the room was very nice and housekeeping was always on-top of everything! They let us check out late and arranged an airport shuttle for us. They have a policy of only one room-key-card per room, so if you are sharing a room that can become tricky.

Pay attention to the attitude of the hotel staff. They have shown disrespectful behavior. The hotel cleaning was good.

It was so dirty

Estaba sucio muy sucio las sabanas apestaban estube unos minutos y ya tenia por todo el cuerpo picadas de algun insecto todo muy mal quiero que me regresen mi dinero por que me tube que salir a otro lugar

Dirty and very old facilities

It was basic. As basic as it gets

The staff here is nice, which is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel sadly. The rooms are old and dirty, this hotel is cheap for a reason. My recommendation is to avoid.

The area around is very not family oriented. It is located in non public transportation area. The room is designed in very awkward condition with bedroom and bathroom together

Although price was right and front staff were friendly the day prior didn’t do cleaning of our room and didn’t want to provide an extra blanket when requested. Overall if looking for a place to sleep great. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Quiet and close to everything

Had to book this room last minute due to previous one having mold and completely dirty. This one is nice, the staff doesn’t speak any English which was hard. They ended up charging for my son even though the room showed on Expedia is accommodated three people. There is a small 7/11 downstairs which was nice for those late night munchies. The room is a nice size for three people. The shower has no curtains so water gets everywhere and the beds are horribly hard. Felt like I was on the floor with a small pad like in Japanese style sleeping. The beds did have electric heating which you need because the heater only has AC. Worst part is my daughter stayed back one day after having food poisoning and called me crying saying two men came into the room said “oh she’s in here!” And left then a few minutes later a woman came in and then walked out. I called the hotel and they said they have a matching that tells them when guest leave their room! Why they need this was very stretchy. I told them to stop going into my room cleaning had already been done and there was no reason for them to be in there. Again good size room, food places in walking distance. Way too far from anything touristy.

While the size of the room is great, even though on Expedia they state accommodate three people and has enough robs, towels ect for three people if you don’t put all your child/people they will charge you more at the hotel. I had left with my other child to go eat and my daughter called me said two men came into my room it was night time, then she called saying now a woman came in. I was at dinner so called very upset! They said they have a system that if the key is removed it lets them know (which is weird) so they can clean the rooms, but in the morning I had already saw them cleaning my floor. Also, they have cameras in the front seat 7/11 which is weird I saw the monitor and it had a lot on the one in 7/11 where are all these places they are watching. There is a mirror in the shower and directly in front of the shower head. Why is it in that area! Good stuff the floors are heated which make for walking to the restaurant at night very nice, the heater doesn’t work think it’s centrally controlled, the toilet lever is broken, there are no outlets everything is covered. There is Netflix and YouTube on the tv but only Korean stuff, mini fridge and computer in room but not sure if they work.

Even though website said English speaking very little English was spoken. WiFi instructions posted in elevator all in Korean. Tv lost connection. Hallway rug on floor 5 is dirty and very dark on floor. My room number was dropped from WiFi list and used google translate to explain issue. Got answer I don’t understand. Had to call another hotel or translation service for me to explain issue. Asked for directions to coex mall didn’t know. Asked about tours said no tours but a tour pamphlet in reception area. Room was very small but clean. Shower worked well.

Wonderful biz stay for 10 days

Staff is helpful and friendly considering the language barrier. Convenient store attached to the hotel and free drinks available in the lobby. Within walking distance of the train with a decent variety of eateries along the way.
