As expected from a Best Western brand, Orakai Daehakro Hotel provided an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly kind, and the facilities were impeccably clean. One of the biggest advantages of staying at a branded hotel was the sense of safety, which allowed me to relax completely. The location is a huge plus for travelers. Myeong-dong is just a 10-minute bus or taxi ride away. Dongdaemun is within a 15-minute walk, making it very convenient for late-night shopping. Changdeokgung Palace, Gwangjang Market, and Daehakro cultural street are all within walking distance. The room rates were very affordable compared to the high quality of the facilities. Transportation from Incheon Airport was also seamless; I took Airport Bus 6011, which dropped me off right across from the hotel. I was especially impressed by the staff, who were fluent in both English and Japanese. Their professional and warm assistance made my stay much more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul!

One of my fave hotels in the Jongno area because it's near Insadong and many shopping areas. The staff are friendly, the room is clean, and there is laundry and water refills. Very strategic location with many food streets.

The interior is very comfortable, new, and foreigner-friendly. The hotel's location is very close to attractions and easily accessible to train and bus stations. I would definitely experience the service here again if I have the chance to return to Seoul.

Nice location, close to walking streets, easy to eat and have fun, near shopping areas, clean hotel, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Always create the best conditions for customers. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Very close to the train station. Free breakfast. We can also cook in the cafeteria. Fast wifi. If we go to Korea again. We will definitely stay here again. Oh yeah, it's very close to Gwanjang Market.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was large, looked exactly like the photos, was fairly clean, and had free amenities. Luckily, when I stayed last night, the first and second floors (which used to be the bar) were empty, so the room wasn't noisy at all. In winter, the floor heater worked well.

We stayed from March 6-12, 2026, the location is very strategic, you can walk 1 minute to the bus stop and 2 minutes to Jonggok Station Subway. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer are also available, will reduce your expenses. The room is equipped with a bath tub, hair dryer and of course they will change the sheets and toiletries every day. The location is in the city center near, you can walk on the neat pedestrian to visit the palace in just 5 minutes, Dongdaemun, Dongmyo, Jongno and traditional markets in 30 minutes, there are many things you can do around it. You can find various local and other foreign restaurants. For those of you who smoke, they are working on a rooftop on the 3rd and 4th floors, the results will definitely be great for enjoying the city of Seoul with a cigarette and a cup of coffee. We thank the owner and staff for their sincere service to us.
