Best stay in Seoul in the past years. Super excellent, courteous and clean. Living quarters were superb for 2 people.

I stayed two nights in the Premier King Bed room during a business trip to Seoul. While I appreciated the upgrade on my first night, the overall experience was underwhelming for a mid-luxury hotel. Soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear neighbors showering and hallway conversations, which made it difficult to rest as a light sleeper. The bathroom design was impractical, lacking adequate space to hang towels or clothes. Breakfast felt overpriced given the limited variety, and basic amenities like a toothbrush were not provided — surprising at this level. Complimentary drinks were a small positive. Although the hotel staff were professional and courteous, it felt like the personal touch has diminished; for example, reception no longer guides guests to the elevators. Overall, I’d rate my stay 3 out of 5 stars. Similar hotels nearby offer comparable accommodations and service at a lower cost.

Ceiling was open which made the room so dusty… staff also very unfriendly…

When I checked in, the bathroom countertop had dried out contact lens and hair and the toilet bowl also had some tissue bits. I requested a deep clean of the room the next day and the contact lens and the tissue bits were still where they were. I booked 5 nights and every night I feel like it's dirty.

2nd stay in 6 months. Comfortable stay and easy to get around Seoul

This small, friendly hotel is in an amazing location. It is close to the Sinsa subway station with lots of restaurants and shopping places near by. Staff is also very friendly. They have answers for all your questions. The only thing surprised me, was I got charged pretty hefty for local phone calls I made.

Voco’s location is in a prime location where everything is easily accessible. We arrived earlier than expected in the morning when check-in was 3pm. Willie Kim who checked us in was kind enough to let us check in early seeing that we had a 8 month old baby. He said they usually don’t do this, but luckily there was a room available. All the staff was so nice during our stay. I would definitely stay at Voco again the next time we visit. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helped me with directions to nearby sights as well as showing me how to catch the shuttle to the airport. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable

The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were amazing , the rooms were a perfect size annd clean and the location was quiet. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and some shops too. The location is good but a little far out from the main areas BUT there is a train station 5 mins away and buses nearby so it’s easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel !!
