The staff were friendly and helpful from moment we arrived,the hotel is very clean ,rooms are little small ,but can fit 3 ,would deffo go back to this hotel,also drink was priced ok,a lot of activities,only issue i had was people putting towels on pool chairs .food was top class,probably the best i had in salou ,and i have been visiting for 18 years.overall 10 from 10 .

Lovely hotel, very clean, the food and staff were brilliant!

Great week long stay, there’s multiple pools and plenty of sun beds available at any time during the day. Unfortunately we had rain a few days but we were able to utilise the spa which includes a heated indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Only booked for breakfast included so can’t comment on other meals but the food was good and convenient but still the typical breakfast buffet. Has a good range of facilities and is in a good area as it is close to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants.

We stayed in April 2024, getting two rooms for a family of five. Found the hotel to be very clean, with staff on reception and cleaners very pleasant. We booked breakfast too, which was fine for the price. A good selection, a bit of variety too. The only real negative from the stay was the staff in the dining room, we were met abruptly on more than one occasion and felt singled out as no one else was asked for room numbers or booking slips but we were almost every day. They cleared plates almost as you were still eating the last bite too, so everything felt so rushed. Which was unnecessary and it was never full.
But, that said... Would we return? Yes. Kids loved the pools and the entertainment staff were excellent.
Food in the cafe during the day was pretty poor, but we found good food in general hard to come back in Salou.

The property was a good choice for Salou, staff were helpful and friendly, spa pool hydrotherapy pool was good. Food selection was varied every day and drinks always of good quality including premium brands. Rooms functional and clean but need an upgrade. Location of the hotel great for walking to shops and beach. Portaventura around 10 euros each way in a taxi. Me and my daughter had a good time and would return back to this hotel when we visit the theme park again

Reception staff are not that helpful and can be quite abrupt. The hotel does have some nice facilities but the food was quite bland and was often repeated. The drink selection was good.

Service was superb.
The beds in this hotel need a facelift. The air conditioning needs revision as it did not work very well. Cleanness of the bathrooms should be more rigorous, the Covid-19 makes it necessary. Excellent dinner buffet and breakfast too; both have a correct value for its price.

Family suites was quite new building, so it was in good shape. Pool area was great, also good breakfast and dinner.
During our stay weather was not so good, so swimming was not an option (of course inside pool, but that was quite small).
A lot of kids in hotel, from toddlers to teenagers, in other words a lot of noise. Soundproofing was not good. Corridors/hallways with hard surfaces does not prevent sounds at all. Thin doors. Nearby street include bars/nightclubs, specially weekends noisy.
Floors in room quite dirty even after cleaning. Balcony door locks did not work.

At check in was allocated a room in the new family suites building. Room was great, seperate bedroom, mini kitchen area, modern bathroom and generally modern feel with 2 patio doors and large balcony overlooking pool. Most guests seemed to be all inclusive but were were just b&b. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice to suit everyone. Drinks in the bar were reasonable for alcohol but expensive for soft drinks. Plenty of pools and loungers however there are far too many trees around the pools and therefore the loungers are in the shade most of the day and unless you move a mlion times you struggle to get sun through the day. The trees absolutely need to go!! As a result we went to the beach most days. Hotel handy for bars and restaurants and also great to catch bus for visiting surrounding areas such as Tarragona. It was our anniversary and hotel sent a bottle of cava up on our first day which was a lovely touch. All in all I woukdbg hesitate to recommend this hotel ... just needs to sort the trees out!!

Stayed here for a week at the start of September! Beautiful hotel, staff were brilliant! Something on each night in the hotel! Spa was amazing! Food was okay, although very repetitive and very little flavour, almost the same stuff every night to choose from, we ended up going out for dinner after night 3 for dinner as we were bored of the food by then. Very close to the beach and all shops and bars! Was only a short ride in a taxi to theme park.
