Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel avec une restauration excellente et très variée. Parking public à proximité gratuit à une certaine période de l'année.

Great week long stay, there’s multiple pools and plenty of sun beds available at any time during the day. Unfortunately we had rain a few days but we were able to utilise the spa which includes a heated indoor pool with sauna and steam room. Only booked for breakfast included so can’t comment on other meals but the food was good and convenient but still the typical breakfast buffet. Has a good range of facilities and is in a good area as it is close to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants.

Acceuil froid avec le minimum d'informations. L'hôtel vante un parking ( 20 euros par jour quand même) et a l'arrivée vous dit qu'il n'y a pas de place. Abords de la piscine très sale. Bien loin de ce qu'on attend d'un hôtel 4 étoiles...

Good food, good service, clean and tidy, would definitely stay here again

The staff were friendly and helpful from moment we arrived,the hotel is very clean ,rooms are little small ,but can fit 3 ,would deffo go back to this hotel,also drink was priced ok,a lot of activities,only issue i had was people putting towels on pool chairs .food was top class,probably the best i had in salou ,and i have been visiting for 18 years.overall 10 from 10 .

Essen war gut und vielfältig. Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Spa nur mit Zuzahlung. Hotelgäste nachts ziemlich laut. Es wäre schön wenn man ab Mitternacht für eine vertretbare Lautstärke sorgt.

La rénovation des chambres a été bien pensée. Bon confort sauf que le couchage est fait avec des draps qui glissent et vous êtes découverts toute la nuit... La qualité de la restauration est exceptionnelle.

Lovely hotel, very clean, the food and staff were brilliant! The entertainment staff kept the kids and us entertained all week and Christina was a standout entertainer running events and getting people hyped up getting their certificates.

Un très bon hôtel rapport qualité prix personnels très accueillant et très agréable Petit déjeuner et repas du soir , variés avec de la qualité. Chambre pas trop insonorisé on entend le bruit du couloir

Mixed views really - staff, room and food really good. Room was in the worst possible place for noise so got next to no sleep. Hard to rate the hotel as a result

Bon accueil, la chambre familiale est propre et fonctionnelle. Le club kids et animations le soir sont appréciables. Chaque jour de nouvelles animations et jeux sont proposés, ambiance conviviable. Les serveurs, animateurs et personnes de l'accueil ont tous été serviables et gentils

We stayed in April 2024, getting two rooms for a family of five. Found the hotel to be very clean, with staff on reception and cleaners very pleasant. We booked breakfast too, which was fine for the price. A good selection, a bit of variety too. The only real negative from the stay was the staff in the dining room, we were met abruptly on more than one occasion and felt singled out as no one else was asked for room numbers or booking slips but we were almost every day. They cleared plates almost as you were still eating the last bite too, so everything felt so rushed. Which was unnecessary and it was never full. But, that said... Would we return? Yes. Kids loved the pools and the entertainment staff were excellent. Food in the cafe during the day was pretty poor, but we found good food in general hard to come back in Salou.

L'hôtel, les chambres, les prestations sont conformes à la description, le personnel est aimable, les repas sont très bien ( moins de plat proposé que certains hôtels, qui permet une meilleure qualité des produits) C'est une adresse que je conserve en mémoire, si je dois refaire un séjour à Salou c'est probablement Golden Port Salou & spa que je choisirais

The property was a good choice for Salou, staff were helpful and friendly, spa pool hydrotherapy pool was good. Food selection was varied every day and drinks always of good quality including premium brands. Rooms functional and clean but need an upgrade. Location of the hotel great for walking to shops and beach. Portaventura around 10 euros each way in a taxi. Me and my daughter had a good time and would return back to this hotel when we visit the theme park again
