Hotel Gran Via is in an excellent location, not far from the Gothic quarter and centrally located. It is is in an older building that has been modernized while retaining the elegance of its older style. It has a beautiful central atrium, library, and dining area. We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had many options, and the excellent coffee. Our room was very pleasant and spacious. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The lobby entrance will impress you when you arrive. The room was well appointed and spacious. It’s on a busy street so it can be loud but it didn’t bother us with the window closed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with many things to choose from. Very close to Plaza Catalunya station easy access to everything.

Such a beautiful and clean hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean and very spacious, beds were comfortable. Love that you need your room key to use the elevator. The aesthetic of the hotel was also super cute. No complaints!

Very nice lobby area, friendly staff ,great location. Unfortunately bathrooms had mold smell and mold in grout. Only stayed 1 night.

I stayed in March, so did not need A/C. The biggest issue I had was with noise from the adjoining rooms water pipes. Our bathrooms were back to back and it sounded like their water pump was broken. Water was running throughout the night.
