Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Let us check in earlier since we were traveling with my elderly father.

Excellent

The location is great; We were able to walk everywhere! The hotel itself is modern and updated, but our room was very warm, even with the air conditioning on. We were there in the middle of July, so that could be part of the problem, but worth noting.

El hotel muy lindo, buen desayuno, super bien ubicado. El personal muy atento. El cuarto familiar bastante amplio. El aire acondicionado no funcionó bien, intentaron arreglarlo pero no se pudo.

We had a great experience staying at the Hotel Granvía. It was a great location for us. Close to restaurants, sites and shopping. The room was spacious, the tall ceilings made it feel even bigger. It easily accommodated three of us, we each had our own beds (which can be tough to find). The gal that checked us in was delightful. She had great recommendations for restaurants and was extremely helpful. The shower was a bit weird, as the shower head came out from the side wall and not much room to get under the water flow. We did not have any issues with noise. The breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Loved the coffee machine, it made really good cappuccinos. We would stay here again for sure and highly recommend.

Great location and great hotel!

The breakfast cannot be beat. I love meat and they had a whole bunch of salami and fuet and ham. Then they had some warm items. Such as eggs and potatoes. And then there was plenty of fruit and pastries and juices and drinks and coffee and water. The location was amazing. I could walk to a whole bunch of different restaurants and bars right around there. The room itself was cute. I had a like queen bed I think and I put my suitcase on there, and I had plenty of room to sleep.

This is a really well maintained hotel. The staff is very helpful. The outdoor area is very comfortable and well laid out. I would recommend this hotel.

Air conditioning does not work properly

Hotel Gran Via is in an excellent location, not far from the Gothic quarter and centrally located. It is is in an older building that has been modernized while retaining the elegance of its older style. It has a beautiful central atrium, library, and dining area. We very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had many options, and the excellent coffee. Our room was very pleasant and spacious. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Adorable hotel, great staff, and perfect location

The hotel location is excellent, very close to shops, restaurants, etc There is no room service, so prepare to eat and drink elsewhere. The front desk staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The lady who checked me in was superb. The walls are like paper, and you can hear everything happening in nearby rooms. Overall, a decent hotel for a short stay (I stayed 1 night)
