訂了經典房間,發現原來只有暖氣, 只有一對可以開的窗,但是是對着內巷的沒有新鮮空氣
房間是有冷氣機有嘗試開過但沒有鮮風出來
當晚已向酒店員工反映需更換房及冷氣機壞咗但沒有人來處理
我亦表示可加錢升級房間他們表示當晚房間滿了明天回覆我但沒有跟進

這次是第二次入住這間飯店,這次安排的房間靠近巷子裏所以很安靜,之前是安排在大馬路上的房間2樓,會聽見外面的車聲,不過音量不大,兩次房間我都很滿意.我很喜歡每天4:30提供的免費下午茶,在東奔西跑參觀巴塞隆納各景點後回來享用餐點真的很享受,我覺得是一大亮點.

飯店地理位置絕佳,鄰近加泰隆尼亞廣場,步行可到達著名的景點米拉之家,蘭布拉大道,格拉西亞大道,附近也英國宮百貨和許多商家可以逛.我們這次入住四人房,房間寬敞舒適安靜,每天下午4:30有免費下午茶,早餐餐點富有西班牙風味可以一試,飯店接待人員親切,讓人覺得賓至如歸,推薦這間飯店.

Location is great to walk to a lot of different places, shops and restaurants. The hotel it self was ok. We didn’t have air conditioning because of the time of season but we felt it was hot inside of the room, staff was helpful and gave us a small cooling fan which helped a little but still during the night was hot. We had a balcony but it didn’t have light, so when daylight was off, no light to stay out. The space inside of the room felt small because we were traveling with 4 pieces of luggage. Common areas are pretty and comfortable there are sofas, tables and places where to hang out, work, read etc. We asked one night for ice, but since there is no staff for that during night shift it was not possible. They did have a coffee machine and tea available all day which was a nice touch.

I stayed in March, so did not need A/C.
The biggest issue I had was with noise from the adjoining rooms water pipes. Our bathrooms were back to back and it sounded like their water pump was broken. Water was running throughout the night.
