Victor who checked us in was fantastic! Helpful, attentive, and mindful of our needs. He lend us an outlet adapter without any questions and helped us find restaurants and places to go. As far as the place location, it was excellent. Walking distance to everything you wanted to see, and if you were arriving by train, the metro station was two blocks away. Walkable even with large suitcases and elevator to take you down to the platform from there you can go to the main Sant train station and bus station. If we had known, we would not have spent 30+ euros on a Uber from the station to the hotel. A room was excellent, it had a private patio could not beat it!

This hotel is an excellent location on the main road and well situation near subway station. It was very well maintained and the room comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was great and well tended. Only wish the buffet started earlier than 8am. A packaged breakfast is available by request if you need.

Nice hotel, great location, helpful staff. Beautiful patio overlooking the roof of the Palau Guell; stunning and unique! Checking was very slow, there was a long queue, so it took about an hour. Otherwise, fantastic!
