Le personnel est accueillant et prêt à aider. La situation sur les Ramblas est exceptionnelle en dépit des gros travaux en cours. La chambre est propre et confortable

We stayed for 3 days and it was great! The area around the hotel had a lot of construction and definitely not the hotels fault. Being on La Rambla was exactly what we wanted, the breakfast was awesome as well any drink or food from the restaurant. Nothing bad to say about this hotel at all.

There were power cuts and we got stuck in lift. Power was on and off all morning but otherwise very nice

ランブラ通りに面し、歩いて観光地へ行くにも便利。建物は古いですがリノベーションされていて清潔です。エアコンが少しうるさい気がしました。朝食付きで良かったのですが、スタートが8時からなので、早くから活動したい方には近くの市場をお勧めします。

The location was excellent, and the balcony’s size and view were truly amazing.

Construction nearby but okay

Hotel is updated, but old building. If you are a light sleeper it can be very noisy.Elevators, plumbing even voices carry through the walls. Breakfast was fine but dining room not open, just outdoor dining. Street in front is under construction which is no fault of the hotel, but street is dirty and busy. Difficult to enjoy a meal when you are being bothered by beggars and peddlers the whole time. Staff was excellent and very helpful with all inquiries. Perhaps when street is finished it might be a more pleasant neighborhood.

Weil wir das zimmer nach hinten hatten, haben wir von der Baustelle auf der Rambla nichts mitbekommen.

Walls were very thin, I could hear the TV in the room beside us like it was in our room. The bathroom layout is not good. There is no shower curtain and the wall beside the tub is too short so water gets all over the floor. The bathroom could be laid out better. The towel rack is across the room from the shower and right above the toilet. Move the towel rack to the big empty wall beside the shower and add some hooks to hang up wet towels. There is a small TV with very limited stations on the desk beside the desk that is hard to see when sitting in bed. It would be better to mount the TV (and a much larger one) on the blank wall across from the bed.

Goede ligging, in de buurt van de metro, maar metro was goed hoor- en voelbaar op onze kamer (voorkant 2de verdieping). Geen warm ontbijt maar genoeg andere keuzes.

I’m sure once las ramblas renovations have been completed this hotel will be easier to access and have beautiful views of the new street - dirty snd noisy outside right now

地下鉄の駅やスーパーが近くにありお土産をかうにも便利。夜もホテルの前の道は明るく観光客がいて多少遅くなっても安心だった。

Tina at the counter- she's got a poor customer service. No warm smiles, no greeting. Receptionists are crucial for a business's public image, so they should be friendly and accommodating.

Elevator was broken a lot there are 9 floors. Traditional Spanish food for breakfast very good done expect American breakfast. Beds very uncomfortable worst beds I ever slept on. Shower head more of handheld. Hotel very clean staff friendly.
