We arrived well before check-in time at same time as many other travellers. Great greeting and we were ushered into a waiting area for a few minutes. Checkin done efficiently and allowed to store luggage until check-in time.
Room was very clean with very well appointed bathroom. Friendly staff helped us with issues with the safe.
Great view of the street from our room and lots of shopping and restaurants very close by.
Only issue we had was the limited amount (1) of outlets in the room which was a challenge for our number of chargers. A small power bar would be a great add to the room.
Breakfast was an extensive Continental with good choices of meat, dairy, and fruit. All we needed to get going.
Front desk staff always ready to help with advice and tips.
Would definately come again,.

Excellent hotel. Polite and helpful staff, clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. I stayed before boarding a cruise ship, and I liked the hotel so much that after the cruise, I didn't look for another one and stayed there again.

Muito bem localizado, café da manhã farto, quarto confortável. Contudo, alguns percalços… aquecedor do quarto nao estava funcionando e o quarto bem gelado durante todo o tempo, o chuveiro nao ficava preso no suporte e em vários momentos jorrava água pelo banheiro inteiro durante o banho.. um ponto bem desagradafoi que chegamos no hotel às 10h e o checkin seria somente às 13:30h , ok, aguardamos e qdo deu horário o quarto ainda não estava pronto, tivemos que esperar cansados até as 15:30h e o funcionário foi bastante estupido conosco,

Sängen var lika mjuk som golvet. Begränsat med möbler i rummet, fick tömma resväskan på golvet. Frukostrummet var kallt, ca 12-14+C, fick ha vinterjackan på mej.
Överlag dålig service utom i baren, bra service men öppet 2 ggr av 6 dagar.
Rummet skakade ca varje kvart, troligen på grund av tunnelbanan. Lika med restaurangen bredvid hotellet.
Sämsta hitintills av mina 20 års av resor.
La Rambla är värdelöst, hela gatan uppgrävd. Samma kvalitet som hotellet.
Aldrig mer Barcelona.

I got a room 207 with no window to see outside, but to strare into a black air tunnel; that means, this room has no day light at all! The bed they offered looked like a military bed you use in emergencys and this all for the price of more than 125 € / night! This is just a bloody rip off and I will also inform the Chamber of hotel owners in Barcelona and the tourist board upon such greedy attitude!
