The room was clean but tiny and the view from the window was at small enclosed space featuring gas tanks. Some of the furniture was shabby and the towels small and thin. The breakfast was great, fresh and delicious. The stuff was super nice, I had to leave my suitcase with them for couple of hours before and after my stay, and they were very accommodating. They even have special luggage room for guests, it also has lockers. AC was fine. And location is amazing, there is a Gaudy masterpiece just around the corner, and in general, it’s close to everything. Too bad there is construction going on along all of Ramble boulevard right now, which affects the experience but this is not hotel’s fault.

Hotel it’s Right in the Heart of the Ramblas Street. Walking distance from shops, trains and restaurants. We Enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and amenities in the room. Staff were welcoming and informative at all times. Definitely check it out!!

Air did not work in our son and his family’s room. In our room it only worked by continual fan blowing, no automatic on off so you either froze or sweated. Hotel is in an old building, but building always smelled when you entered like a fish fry. Elevator, again an old building, extremely slow. Worse on check in and check out. Only 3 people allowed and if you had luggage one or two. It is a convenient location to the port for a cruise but definitely not worth what we paid. Las Ramblas is completely torn up with construction work and there was no mention of that with the booking. Taxi’s had to park across the street on the curb, and the taxi drivers walked across and down the street to the hotel then back all while the meter is running. Simply not worth nearly $800 US for two nights

The location is perfect, on the central boulevard of the city, near waterfront, and very close to the wonderful farmer’s market. Breakfast is good and certainly worth having! The property is old, facilities are out of date quite a bit. Air conditioning is weak in our room. Lucky we were there end of May so not too hot to sleep. Ensuite bathroom does not have any vent. Very humid and uncomfortable. Shower Faucet was leaking and pools water on the floor after shower.

They were putting a subway line and there was rumbling day and night. The elevator was tiny. Barely room for 2 people. The front desk guy wouldn't check us in until we found our receipt. The bed was like a brick. Breakfast was good. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Very close to the port. We would have walked to the cruise port except the Ramblas was torn up and very uneven walking surface. Staff was excellent and courteous. If going to cruise port have taxi put meter on when you begin. He did not do this but punched a button and 47 euros was the fee. Airport to hotel was less with twice the distance grabbing a taxi outside arrival door.

Victor who checked us in was fantastic! Helpful, attentive, and mindful of our needs. He lend us an outlet adapter without any questions and helped us find restaurants and places to go. As far as the place location, it was excellent. Walking distance to everything you wanted to see, and if you were arriving by train, the metro station was two blocks away. Walkable even with large suitcases and elevator to take you down to the platform from there you can go to the main Sant train station and bus station. If we had known, we would not have spent 30+ euros on a Uber from the station to the hotel. A room was excellent, it had a private patio could not beat it!

Les chambre et la terrasse sont éteints bonne. Sur toute la terrasse a eu une vue magnifique, mais pas propre. Même chose pour la chambre.Les serviettes sont changés chaque jour, mais la baignoire pas lavé pendant notre séjour.
