The service and food in FLOW were very good. Felt welcome and looked after well. Apartment is a spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing experience during my recent stay at a hotel in Colombo. The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly responsive, addressing all inquiries promptly and professionally. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Lotus Tower, which added a special touch to the overall ambiance. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, and it was extremely spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends, this setup is perfect for comfort and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Colombo!

Our housekeeper kept the place clean and tidy. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful and efficient. The restaurant staff were respectful, professional, and thoughtful in providing great service. The food selection and taste was wonderful!

They need to fix their lifts. There are only two working and they are programmed separately. In the morning you can wait 15 minutes to get a lift. Overall hotel staff were amazing with some exceptions on the front desk.

We stayed there for 11 nights. Everything was up to the mark. The only problem was the long lift waiting time and there are no AC in the lobby. Otherwise it was a great experience

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your Hilton property. Several issues significantly impacted our experience, and I feel it is important to bring them to your attention. Overall, this property lacked Hilton standards!. Firstly, the apartment’s décor was noticeably outdated and in need of immediate refurbishment. While this may seem like a minor issue, it did affect the overall comfort of our stay. More concerning, however, was a serious security breach. The side entry to our apartment was left open and unlocked, posing a significant safety risk. This is an unacceptable lapse in security that requires immediate attention to ensure the safety of guests. In addition, we encountered a substantial moth infestation, which we believe resulted from the veranda being exposed to the elements. This issue further detracted from the overall quality of our stay and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. When these matters were brought to the attention of your staff, we were not provided with adequate assurance that they would be addressed promptly. This lack of urgency left us feeling unsettled and undermined our confidence in the property’s commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. Given these concerns, I would not recommend this property for a family stay.
