This is a family friendly property located at a convenient location.

Staff were very friendly and understanding. Suite was clean and really nice. We only had one issue which is one of the toilet had issue with the flush.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your Hilton property. Several issues significantly impacted our experience, and I feel it is important to bring them to your attention. Overall, this property lacked Hilton standards!. Firstly, the apartment’s décor was noticeably outdated and in need of immediate refurbishment. While this may seem like a minor issue, it did affect the overall comfort of our stay. More concerning, however, was a serious security breach. The side entry to our apartment was left open and unlocked, posing a significant safety risk. This is an unacceptable lapse in security that requires immediate attention to ensure the safety of guests. In addition, we encountered a substantial moth infestation, which we believe resulted from the veranda being exposed to the elements. This issue further detracted from the overall quality of our stay and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. When these matters were brought to the attention of your staff, we were not provided with adequate assurance that they would be addressed promptly. This lack of urgency left us feeling unsettled and undermined our confidence in the property’s commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. Given these concerns, I would not recommend this property for a family stay.

Great security when entering the building. Great service when we called down to ask for a toaster. The kitchen was a bit dated and lacked towels. Otherwise the residence is a great place for a larger group that can use multiple bedrooms. BEAUTIFUL POOL view facing the Lotus Tower!
