가격대비 넓은 공간이 좋음.

내부시설에 대해서는 약간 낡기는 하였지만, 레지던스를 선호하는 편이라 전반적으로 만족. 로비 인근 리노베이션으로 인해 벨보이 서비스 등이 약간 뒤쳐지는 편.

숙박 체크인시 펜트하우스로 무료 업그레이드를 받았습니다. 3개의 침실이 있고 큰 거실과 쇼파가 있는 정말 훌륭한 시설에서 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다.

4 of us stayed at this hotel for business trip.The hotel was recommendable for others to try. I liked it. it was comfortable in general with spacious living room and dining room with good sized kitchen. I would stay there again when I come to Colombo again next time. And I am a frequent traveler to all over the world.

Everything about it was good. They need to update the rooms but was clean and comfortable.

Great location, awesome view of the Lotus, extremely clean and modern, comfortable beds, and a nice pool! We would for sure stay here again!

The staff were all very helpful and the food was very good

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your Hilton property. Several issues significantly impacted our experience, and I feel it is important to bring them to your attention. Overall, this property lacked Hilton standards!. Firstly, the apartment’s décor was noticeably outdated and in need of immediate refurbishment. While this may seem like a minor issue, it did affect the overall comfort of our stay. More concerning, however, was a serious security breach. The side entry to our apartment was left open and unlocked, posing a significant safety risk. This is an unacceptable lapse in security that requires immediate attention to ensure the safety of guests. In addition, we encountered a substantial moth infestation, which we believe resulted from the veranda being exposed to the elements. This issue further detracted from the overall quality of our stay and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. When these matters were brought to the attention of your staff, we were not provided with adequate assurance that they would be addressed promptly. This lack of urgency left us feeling unsettled and undermined our confidence in the property’s commitment to guest safety and satisfaction. Given these concerns, I would not recommend this property for a family stay.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold. Super service, super morgenmad og super value for money. Vi var dog skuffet over, at vi blev fortalt én pris på lokal transport i Colombo, arrangeret af hotellet, og herefter blev bedt om at betale dobbelt så meget. Det var dårlig stil.

Selv om vi boede på 26 etage var der meget larm fra gaden, byggeri, moske mm.

Loud Music until 06.00 in the morning. We couldn’t sleep all night. Good breakfast.

Great security when entering the building. Great service when we called down to ask for a toaster. The kitchen was a bit dated and lacked towels. Otherwise the residence is a great place for a larger group that can use multiple bedrooms. BEAUTIFUL POOL view facing the Lotus Tower!

As usual the hilton service was good except for one rude character at the reception
