Absolutely fantastic hotel! I stayed here with my dog and it was such a pleasure to have everything prepared and a welcome kit that had specific dog friendly towels, outlined where he could go and even a sheet to lay on the bed to protect it. EXCELLENT breakfast, service, spa and pool! Highly recommended!

Nice location in a grand old building. Staff and room were great.
Breakfast was great.
Wasn’t impressed that the rooftop pool cost significant extra to use and it was very small.

Great hotel, close to the central station and the center. Fantastic breakfast! Comfortable bed! Rituals shampoo and conditioner was a nice bonus.
The room wasn’t well heated for the winter. The bathroom floor was really cold.

If you are wondering whether to stay here, the answer is YES. I will definitely come here again, the staff were so friendly, the room was so so so clean, breakfast was awesome and the bar area is lovely - such a great vibe on a Saturday night. The bus, train station and Trams are right at the front door.
Unfortunately I did not get to visit the spa (hopefully next time). Thank you for a great stay clarion post! :)

I'm from the US, but I had no difficulty finding out how to thrive it Gothenburg. The hotel staff, every one of them, was exceptionally helpful. Especially Maria, the woman at the desk. She was a tremendous asset who helped my wife and me with some practical and smart suggestions.

I enjoyed this property and it was nice and quiet and accessible. As a coeliac, I was very grateful for the gluten free selection and separate toaster. The day spa was beautiful with very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing for me was that on Friday and Saturday evenings, the thumping from the music in the bar travelled to the room on level 5 until late. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
