Hôtel des Bains de Saillon

Outdoor area such as pool etc very good, my son really enjoyed. The food is where it lets itself down. I wouldn’t return to the self-service cafe next to pool - really disappointing. However, breakfast was fantastic. Omelettes with whatever you want made on request. Room service would be a nice addition as would a games room.

The baths and spa were great and our kids and us had an amazing time floating in the lazy river, going down the water slides, and enjoying the grass park area. The hotel was ok. We stayed in one of the family apartments and I think I’d have actually preferred to stay in the actual hotel. First of all our check in wasn’t till 4p when Expedia said 3p and that was frustrating. And then once we got into the unit we got a whopping 1 cup of coffee which wasn’t great. I think we’d go back here but change some things next time.

This is an amazing place to spend a weekend or a full week if you love water. 2 days is the best for young people.

Absoutely amazing baths!

Excellent place to stay as a family wanting to explore local ski resorts. Fantastic breakfast, pools, spa and fast river a massive hit with all. Only slight and minor query is the food for dinner was good but a touch limited for kids.

We had a great stay, both kids and adults. Stayed for four nights. Food, cleaning, equipment everything was great. We went to Charmonix for one day - can strongly recommend and to the the small old village where we climbed the castle and had lunch - beautiful. And best of all - water in the pools were warm and nice! : )

The hotel is gradually coming back to full functionality - the pools were very pleasant and whilst the hotel was full, it did not feel you had to queue or too crowded. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Amazing hotel, and even better facilities. Room was beautiful and breakfast was surprisingly really good. Would highly recommend.

Super séjour à l'hôtel des bains de Saillon. Belle chambre rénovéée et spacieuse, accès direct aux bains et nous avons bien mangé au restaurant.

The location is spectacular and the sights amazing. Well connected to Martigny and Sion. Great facilities with all the "bains" available

My wife’s and I are architects and were excited to stay and experience this amazing hotel design only to get there to be located in an old wing with a absolutely under standard room. A room with no AC and no way to ventilate the room. We tried to open the window for a minute and realized there was no window screen to protect from mosquitos. We then spent 1 hour killing them. When we got to the room we reported this problems and the fact of the sink in the bathroom being broken. There was no direct access to the room. You had to take the elevator and then go through sets of stairs. A maze. We reported all of this to staff to see if we could get relocated to the newer area of the hotel. The only reason we booked it. They told us with no interest to solve any of our issues that we should have research their website to find out the specifics of the room!!! it was because we did the reservation though hotels.com What? Like they don’t get paid if I book though Hotels.com, don’t they define what si shown in Hotels.com? Then the bed. There wasn’t any queen in the bedroom. Just to small beds attached together. We are not dissatisfied, we are pissed. We spent 300 dollars to stay in a room full of bugs, a bed I could not get close to my wife, a broken sink and a smelly old room.

One night ONLY, but is was SUPER. Great night's sleep, Super meal in the restaurant and the pools were great. The day we were leaving, reception was very helpful. We were given new armbands and so could still use all the spa facilities !!!

This is the only Spa where the hotel and bath are directly connected. The baths are clean and enjoyable and the staff is wonderful. We intend to go back to visit soon.

The rooms are nice and Comfortable with a nice smell of wood inside. The building is part of the thermal complex which is quite big. Do not expect a very personal service in this hotel but if you go there to use the thermal facilities it is quite convenient except the last day where you can’t use the hotel guest entrance but need to use the normal entrance so need to organise yourself differently. Breakfast is ok.
