Beaucoup de points positifs!
Grand hotel au calme, entre montagne et vignoble
Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable
Excellent petit dejeuner avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité : oeufs cuits et approvisionnes a la minute, cereales, viennoiseries, fromages locaux excellents et charcuteries locales, fruits, yaourts...
L'acces à la piscine (claquettes et peignoir fournis) à env. 30deg et aux bassins thermaux (et sauna hammam) est un plus indeniable : toujours tres agreable de pouvoir s'y baigner des 8h ou le soir en arrivant.
Attention pour les francais : les prises electriques avec terre ne fonctionnent pas en Suisse ; il faut un adapteur ; pour les prises sans terre (type chargeur de telephone), pas de probleme en revanche
Seul point negatif : les chambres sont trop chauffees, pas de thermostat et il faut donc dormir la fenetre ouverte (un peu idiot d'un point de vue environnemental

Wir hatten ein kostengünstiges Zimmer gebucht, was ich absolut nicht empfehlen kann. Das Zimmer war ringhörig und gewisse Löcher waren mit Kleenx gestopft. Sehr speziell! Zum Glück konnten wir noch am gleichen Tag ein Upgrade buchen. Dieses war sehr gut, gross und sauber!

Agréable séjour.
Un peu de travail d'entretien devrait être fait dans les chambres de l'aile plus ancienne.
Les chambres sous le toit (1ère catégorie) n'ont qu'une lucarne et sont peu lumineuses. Ok pour une nuit, mais pas pour un plus long séjour.
Bon repas au restaurant le soir (chasse), service agréable.
Plusieurs piscine.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un accès extérieur pour aller des piscines au sauna-hammam, c'est pénible quand il fait froid...
Agréable rivière d'eau chaude.
Privilégier les jours de semaine et la journée, quand il y a moins de monde.

Outdoor area such as pool etc very good, my son really enjoyed. The food is where it lets itself down. I wouldn’t return to the self-service cafe next to pool - really disappointing. However, breakfast was fantastic. Omelettes with whatever you want made on request. Room service would be a nice addition as would a games room.

The baths and spa were great and our kids and us had an amazing time floating in the lazy river, going down the water slides, and enjoying the grass park area.
The hotel was ok. We stayed in one of the family apartments and I think I’d have actually preferred to stay in the actual hotel. First of all our check in wasn’t till 4p when Expedia said 3p and that was frustrating. And then once we got into the unit we got a whopping 1 cup of coffee which wasn’t great.
I think we’d go back here but change some things next time.

Personnel très sympathique, que ce soit à l’accueil, à la piscine ou au restaurant. Mention spéciale à Rachel, très agréable et professionnelle. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés, un vrai plus pour bien commencer la journée.
L’hôtel, bien que propre, commence à montrer quelques signes de vétusté. Dommage également que les piscines soient ouvertes à tous : une piscine réservée exclusivement aux clients de l’hôtel serait un vrai atout selon moi. Mais cela reste mon avis personnel.

This experience was awful. We received a room which looked like the 1970s, for an outrageous price. The facility didn't offer what it promised, the slides were off and so was the kiddie pool. Upon arrival our receptionist did not speak english and didn't even speak German it was awful. The Waiter was extremely unfriendly asked if the time we wished to have dinner we said 18:30 and asked about 5 min later if 19, would be possible because we notice it was already five. He replied no!!?? He said he had a group of 20 people!!! I myself has Gastro experience, the other tables are not the guests problem we were two people. To make matters worse we had a Family Emergency and had to leave. We asked if it would be possible to pay the night, they answered No and DEDUCTED 770 FR for absolutely nothing,we didn't even stay one single night just awful, greedy facility.
