Les chambres sont propres mais l’ancien bâtiment mérite un bon rafraîchissement pour que le rapport qualité-prix soit correct.

La chambre était génial ! Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec des produits de qualité. Nous reviendrons !

Agréable séjour. Un peu de travail d'entretien devrait être fait dans les chambres de l'aile plus ancienne. Les chambres sous le toit (1ère catégorie) n'ont qu'une lucarne et sont peu lumineuses. Ok pour une nuit, mais pas pour un plus long séjour. Bon repas au restaurant le soir (chasse), service agréable. Plusieurs piscine. Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un accès extérieur pour aller des piscines au sauna-hammam, c'est pénible quand il fait froid... Agréable rivière d'eau chaude. Privilégier les jours de semaine et la journée, quand il y a moins de monde.

Outdoor area such as pool etc very good, my son really enjoyed. The food is where it lets itself down. I wouldn’t return to the self-service cafe next to pool - really disappointing. However, breakfast was fantastic. Omelettes with whatever you want made on request. Room service would be a nice addition as would a games room.

Nobody Sparks german or English in the Restaurant brasserie and on the Morning breakfast.

The baths and spa were great and our kids and us had an amazing time floating in the lazy river, going down the water slides, and enjoying the grass park area. The hotel was ok. We stayed in one of the family apartments and I think I’d have actually preferred to stay in the actual hotel. First of all our check in wasn’t till 4p when Expedia said 3p and that was frustrating. And then once we got into the unit we got a whopping 1 cup of coffee which wasn’t great. I think we’d go back here but change some things next time.

Personnel très sympathique, que ce soit à l’accueil, à la piscine ou au restaurant. Mention spéciale à Rachel, très agréable et professionnelle. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés, un vrai plus pour bien commencer la journée. L’hôtel, bien que propre, commence à montrer quelques signes de vétusté. Dommage également que les piscines soient ouvertes à tous : une piscine réservée exclusivement aux clients de l’hôtel serait un vrai atout selon moi. Mais cela reste mon avis personnel.

Chambre mansardée donc un peu trop chaud mais c’est la seule raison pour ne pas avoir mis 5 étoiles. 😁👍👍

Excellent place for a family stay!

This experience was awful. We received a room which looked like the 1970s, for an outrageous price. The facility didn't offer what it promised, the slides were off and so was the kiddie pool. Upon arrival our receptionist did not speak english and didn't even speak German it was awful. The Waiter was extremely unfriendly asked if the time we wished to have dinner we said 18:30 and asked about 5 min later if 19, would be possible because we notice it was already five. He replied no!!?? He said he had a group of 20 people!!! I myself has Gastro experience, the other tables are not the guests problem we were two people. To make matters worse we had a Family Emergency and had to leave. We asked if it would be possible to pay the night, they answered No and DEDUCTED 770 FR for absolutely nothing,we didn't even stay one single night just awful, greedy facility.

Nous venons minimum 3 fois par an, à l’hôtel des bains de Saillon. Nous sommes toujours enchantés ! Les services et la situation sont excellents.

Das Zimmer unter den Dach war leider nicht optimal Wir haben unsere Köpfe mehrmals geschlagen und einmal ziemlich schwer Sonst Die Lage ist sehr schön !!!

This is an amazing place to spend a weekend or a full week if you love water. 2 days is the best for young people.
