Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean. There isn't enough usable power outlets. They don't have free teethbrushs and razors and some other personal care items so better bring your own.

The room was big and super clean. The staffers were very polite. The breakfast was good but make sure it included in price, if not it’s expensive. The AC was super cold. The location is spot-on! I loved it all.

The cleaning staff and people at the buffet were lovely. The front desk staff were not. The first room I was given had had an ugly, very stained carpet, two twin beds with no room between them, and barely any room on the sides. The bathroom took up half the room - seriously! It was nothing like the pictures of the room style I chose. I asked the front desk people to give me a different room on the first day I was there, and I was rejected by two different staff, so I gave up. On the second day I asked again, and was even more rudely rebuffed. On the third day, I was initially told no again, but a manager was there and OK'd a room change. The second room was the same size, but with a sane design, had at least had some decent living space, and much quieter. No desk or desk chair, but usable. The breakfast buffet was way over-priced and the food bland - a lot like what you get for free in the U.S. at budget motels. The gym was pretty much useless. The location is super convenient, though. There are a lot of other, similar priced hotels near, I recommend you stay at one of them. This is the longest review I've ever written, and maybe the third ever, so that might tell you something about my thoughts on that hotel. A 4 star hotel, my... you know what.

Great location right next to the main station with direct connection to TPE. Was a little tricky getting there from the station. Lots of food options in the neighborhood and walking distance to Ximendi, a great market for food and shopping. Everything works in the hotel including the laundry. Just a pleasant stay.

Bedroom area is large, but bathroom is small. All the furnishing are dated and worn. Windows are not sound proofed so lot of street noise enters the room. A honking truck or loud motorcycle would wake me up. Many other hotels at the same price, have newer facilities, better decor, nicer bathrooms.

Hotel has drinking water machine. Cleaning staff is friendly. Hotel is conveniently located by Taipei Main Train Station. But for a 5-star Hotel, it's a little outdated. The whole facility only has one washer and one dryer, and the open hours are from 9 am to 10 pm. But when we asked the front desk at the time checked in, we were told that the hotel has at least 30 machines. And the staff didn't informed us of the operation hours.

Right in front of MRT and convenient to everything. The room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Clean room and good location

Location is near the Taipei Main Station, well connected. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room clean. Given a choice again, we will chose Casear Hotel.
