This is the hotel I always stay at when I’m in Taipei. Comfortable room. Best hotel that is near Taipei main station with lots of food options there. Good train accessibility to any parts of Taiwan.

Room is clean and A/C working well. Excellent location with shops, malls and transport options just a stone throw away. Fully walkable under shelter via the underground mall/link to airport train, mrt, hsr and tra lines.

The hotel staff were truly wonderful—very kind, professional, and accommodating. My main concern, however, was the mattress in my room. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on plywood. Housekeeping kindly tried to make it more comfortable, but unfortunately it remained very hard and stiff and resulted in sleepless nights throughout my stay. I am not sure if this issue is limited to room 1626 or if it is more widespread, but I strongly feel the mattress needs to be replaced, as it greatly affected the quality of rest during my visit. Thank you for taking the time to consider this feedback. I appreciate the service your staff provided and hope this concern can be addressed for future guests.

Location is very good. However, the room was dire. Photos of the rooms on the website show modern rooms, but the reality is vastly different. Our room looked like it had not been renovated since 1986. The bed was old and hard, there was no extractor fan in the bathroom and there was only one bedside table. I feel deceived. I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it!
