Easy to move around as it is very near to MRT Taipei Main Station. There is an underground passage that could be used in case it is raining. I booked a family room for 4. Requested for additional 4 pillows but was only granted 2 complimentary. Wish they could provide all 4. Thank you.

The property lacked elevators. The staff were not friendly at all. Some lights in our room were not functional. There was a strong herby smell in the corridors leading up to the rooms

Hard to find if you don’t read Chinese as it is among a high rise office block. No windows in our room but we were upgraded to a four bed room so had plenty of space. Very close to shopping and for us, importantly to the main railway station. Very busy and lots of rooms crammed in on one floor. Poor soundproofing as we heard a very noisy family with children next door but thankfully they were asleep by midnight! Basic cheap stay which was ok for one night is you need just to rest your head after one days sightseeing/ shopping. Seems more like a hostel. Also, check in wasn’t until 5pm which seemed abnormally late.

The place is so convenient and just across the Taipei Main Station. The room is so cozy and the staff replenishes the stocks and does make up room the everyday. The toilet is like of those of Japan (with seat heater and bidet buttons) and the bathroom is so tidy and clean. Staffs are so friendly and accommodating. Their common area has a vending machine, computer, weighing scale and water dispenser with unlimited water for guests. Will definitely book this place again!

Location convenient. Rooms were bare minimum. Security was questionable - public could access the room floors without a card. Cleanliness also questionable- carpet had dirt tracks and toilet seat had weird stains. Room was extremely cold and the remote could not increase the temperature - spent the night freezing

Pros:
The hotel has a great location, with easy access to stations and plenty of dining options nearby. The room is clean, spacious, and offers enough space to open your suitcase comfortably without having to step over things. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. The male staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful, providing great tips on using the back lifts, which were much faster than the main lift that took forever.
Cons:
The room isn’t very soundproof. I could hear the alarm from the next room going off in the morning, as well as the TV and people laughing across the hall at night. If you’re hoping for a peaceful night’s sleep, you’ll need to be lucky with your neighbour’s and hope they keep the noise level down.

The plus point of the hotel is transportation, food and shopping. The minus point is waiting time for the lift. It takes more than 3 minutes to reach to 3rd floor or street level as the building has more than 20 storey. There are limited lifts accessible to the lower floors.
