The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to Taipei Main Station, making it easy to travel anywhere. The hotel is clean, and the staff provide excellent service. If I have the chance to visit Taipei again, I would choose to stay here.

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodated my request for early check-in. They immediately gave me the room key once I informed them to check in and filled out the form. The room was cleaned every day, and they also gave me mineral water daily.

Very good accommodation, near Taipei Main Station, exit M2, M4, you will find it right away. It is in a building near the 5th floor. The bathroom is clean. There is space to open the luggage in the room comfortably. There are plugs at every head of the bed. There is a TV. We slept in a room with beds facing each other. There was a TV on both beds. It was great. Very impressed. There was only the elevator that took a long time to wait because the hotel is in a large building. Overall, it was very good.

It took about more than 1 hour to cool down the room temprerture from29℃ after the key card was incerted in my room. The hotel staff came to adjust kindly enough. Air conditioning was bad-cntroled. The phenomena were happened twice during my stay for 2 days.

This hotel consists of three hundred rooms on three floors in a high-rise across the street from the main train station. This hotel has one purpose: to provide convenient lodging and 24/7 service adjacent to transportation. They do extremely well at cleaning and maintaining the property, checking people in and out and storing your bags (in the lobby!), but don't expect any other amenities. It doesn't really matter because there are plenty of places to eat in the neighborhood. My room was clean, comfortable, small and windowless; I assume the other 299 are the same. I was there during the off season and they were kind enough to upgrade me to a larger room, which I appreciated.

Terrible online advertising by hotels.com by using fake photos, showing the room has windows , in fact the actual room had no window and carpet is extremely dirty . Room smelled bad , poor walls insulation that can hear people talking and walking in their room , I talked to the hotel staffs regarding the fake photo on the hotels.com site , they said there is nothing they can do , in fact , they are only 3 rooms with window in the whole hotel , only thing I can do is to bring it up to hotels .com , I will never book any hotel with hotels.com !!!

This was just a layover stop from BNE to CDG with Eva Air. Had 20 hours so booked 2 nights. Airport to here by train fairly easy. It is clean and quiet. Thats all we needed. Left 7pm for our next flight. Worked out fine to break trip.
