Very nice room and clean. Room without windows still great, better than expect a lot. Very comfortable for using bus and MRT.

The accommodation is next to MRT Taipei Main Station, Exit Z4 (elevator), Exit Z2 (stairs), very convenient.

Great location and all the staff are very helpful. Especially the housekeepers are very good with their jobs and was ready to help. The price was reasonable and the room we had was pretty good size. Will book again with them.

This hotel is located at good location that near MRT, bus stop and department store.

Carpet floor didn't clean up, small bed, musty smell.

The location is truly great. But the front desk service is slow, I overheard the receptionist asked the guest to download app to write good reviews (it ' s a senior person so took a long time to figure out how) which greatly prolong the waiting time despite the long queue. This was also the second time I stayed when the air condition remote is not working because of the batteries. They promise someone to come and change but they never did until I checked out. Also beware of your luggage if you store them after check out because there are always dozens of luggages lining up the reception corridor which made queueing difficult and there is no tag attached so your bag might be taken away in mistake or intentionally by others. The room looks nothing like the promo photos on Traveloka. The window room is not worth paying extra for because it ' s still dark despite opened the curtain and it cannot be opened. I won't return to stay here anymore.
