Spacious enough for three queen size beds for three adults and luggage. Modern and clean, amenities were fine. Early check in was requested as we were a party of three seniors and they were able to accommodate us a few hours early, which we greatly appreciated. One tiny drawback was not being able to lower the thermostat just a little but overall was not a real problem. Great value and super convenient location.

Room is too high price based on the size and layout. It's very cramp and nothing like what was shown on the photos. Only positive side is the location but not a good trade off. Can find better hotels at lower price and still near Taipei Station. Will not recommend.

Hotel location is good. Plenty of food around the area. MRT is walking distance. Washing laundry is at level 3, we use it during our stay as well. Overall the staying is quiet and peaceful.. No noice can be heard from other room. will book again this hotel when we visit taipei again.

Basic rooms are functional for getting a shower and night of sleep.

Aircon is fine, location is excellent, only that next room’s minor movements create noise

Staffs are really kind

Near the main train station. Good location to eateries & shopping centres.

The room has no window, first for me, like living in a closet. The photo of the building outside is deceptive. Other than that, good value for a space to sleep. Very conveniently located!!!

I need to stay few more days by myself after my family left. I moved to another room. I was mislead by the picture on the web site, and booked a "luxury" room with no window.

The staffs are nice. Room is OK. It is a budgetary hotel. Don't expect fancy features nor services. Overall, it is acceptable.

Mayer Inn wins in terms of the convenience of it's location and pricing -- right in front of the MRT exit, linked to underground malls and a range of convenience stores, shops and restaurants within a few steps reach. However, the experience with the staff there could leave more to be desired - they weren't friendly, often curt. The cleaning staff were more helpful and kinder than those at reception. The rooms also had very thin walls - you could hear laughing, talking, stomping or things dropping on the floors throughout the day and night, so long as your neighbours were in the room. Taking the lift up to your rooms was quite a chore, as the hotel was part of a larger building which housed other offices, hotels etc. -- waiting for the lift just to go to your specific level could often take quite a few rounds. The rooms were pretty pleasant and well-equipped, room maintenance and cleanliness was also done well. It was also sufficiently spacious to fit 3 pax + luggages. The hotel provided free laundry and dryers, where you only had to pay for the detergent -- but the 3 dryers were pretty much useless - small, not the industrial type, so it couldn't dry clothes, only socks and small items. In the end, we had to walk to the nearest laundromat 10 mins away just to get our clothes dry. So we hope the hotel can consider changing their dryers to better ones. Overall, the stay was just average - we would choose somewhere else next time.
