Friendly receptionist, all lovely staff, smiling all the time, especially Ms. Ama - very helpful (able to communicate well with us - Malay & English language). Room very clean and neat, good view and good service. Breakfast/Foods very good. Thank You to Mr. Nick for your transport transfer assistance from Krabi Int'l Airport to Hotel.
