It was a really nice set up. The staff are helpful and friendly, the complex is nice, great breakfast, and the location is perfect. My only issue is that I feel our bungalow was pretty worn/dated given the price. It was all functional and comfortable enough, but older looking, and the AC wasn't very strong. There was also animal poop on the outdoor walkways that would be nice to get cleaned up at least on a daily basis (so you don't have to worry about stepping in it). But all-in-all, we enjoyed our time here and could definitely stay here again.

The room needed updating. One light didn’t work, a towel bar that didn’t seem secure, no running water one morning for a period of time, a sewer like smell in the bathroom one night. Several breakfast food items that should have been hot were consistently room temperature or cold every day. Having said that, the pool area and grounds were always clean and well maintained.

Clean room and the staff was so friendly and kind! The AC was definitely a little older and had trouble keeping up when it was very hot so we had to shut the windows and blinds and out too. Was older. I hear they have renovated rooms, so I’m sure if you got those that wouldn’t be a problem! Beautiful property well maintained and location was incredible! You can wake up to the sunride on one side and end with the sun set on the other. Breakfast was decent with a nice buffet included! Room service was to be desired for, but lots of places you can walk to nearby! I recommend. They also have three pools which all were maintained and nice!

Pool area was taken nearly the hole day with towels… on chair. When we tried it, someone took it away😅😅 Breakfast area was too hard chair ant a little hot in the food area 🥺 but ALL the staff was the beauty people and nice❤️

It is a lovely setting & especially the restaurant. Quiet at night. Our private transfers to & from the airport were excellent. We found it impossible to get a lounger around the 3 pools for the 4 days we were there. Guests even put towels out the night before to reserve their spot. There is meant to be a rule you can leave a towel no longer than an hour. At night between 2-3 there was a dreadful smell of sewage obviously emptying a septic tank or something similar. Rooms were often cleaned between 4-5 and we were there for 5 nights & did not get clean beach towels & bath towels, only on the last night. Staff diving the buggies were very friendly but other staff were not. It is certainly a beautiful area but spoilt by the number of tourists mainly arriving daily on boats.

The pools were always crowded - there were not nearly enough loungers for the number of guests. The food was very average but the view over the beach from the restaurant was lovely. The guys driving the golf buggies were lovely but the rest of the staff did not seem invested in the hotel and guests. The rooms were large but bathrooms need renovation.
