샌드 씨 리조트

가성비갑이라고 하여 예약하였습니다 하지만 실수였어요 ㅠ 샌드씨 립셉션 직원들 불친절한건 이미 소문이나 있어서 기대안했는데 역시나 전혀 환영한다는 느낌을 못 받았구요 동남아 어딜가나 비슷하지만 백인들에겐 한없이 친절을 보여주더군요~~ 뭐 이부분은 그러려니 합니다 룸에 가보니 천쇼파 얼룩 ㅠ 쿠션 너무 더럽 ㅠ 침대는 움직일때마다 스프링 나간 소리가 장난아니게 납니다 ~~ 지인이 초강추 대박이라고 무조건 가라고 해서 아오낭만 있으려다가 2박 왔는데 어우~~있고 싶지 않더라구요~~ 딱 하나 조식당 뷰가 아주 좋습니다 전 샌드씨는 돈준다고 묵으라해도 거부합니다 무엇보다 직원교육이 반드시 필요한 곳이라 생각합니다

Buen hotel, en excelente lugar, pero el servicio al cliente es lo peor, no esperen que sean amables ni cordiales, de todos modos es buen lugar.

The staff were super accommodating and friendly, even offering us a free upgrade! Being right on the beach was a huge plus as well. The room was spacious, clean and cool, and there were lots of options for breakfast!

First of all, the staff are very nice, but not that helpful because they really don’t speak English. Check in they don’t tell you anything. Rooms are just old dirty stains in the toilet. The curtains were broken. They switched shrooms. The air conditioning was not any betterTons of flies in my room air-conditioning got to 74 or 24 celsius too hot. There’s nowhere that’s air-conditioned for eating everything‘s outside. Food was good but limited. Not worth us 100.00 a night.

Room was clean, though a little dated and tired looking. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was buffet, with a lot of variety. Our room was overlooking the pool. Highly recommend staying the night to get the most of Railay beach. Excellent stay.

Loved our stay at this resort as it was exactly what I was looking for in Thailand. Lovely spacious room with lots of windows to enjoy the scenery and greenery Was able to enjoy observing monkeys in the trees overhead and even saw a water monitor in our path one day. Staff was exceptionally helpful. The only negative was that the beds were hard (for me).

Clean large rooms with ample space in the deluxe apartments but could use more suitcase storage options. Rooms are clean, only negative comment was timing of room cleaning that was only late afternoon and clashed with baby naps. Location is however perfect for exploring Railey and getting the best of both east and west beach. 3 pools give many options and as most pick the one by the beach with most sun, the others are always tranquil, albeit with most shade. Breakfast options are not the most expansive but has what’s needed and if you need more there’s a great cafe called D’Oasis that will have you covered :)

Good reasonably priced hotel on beach with good pool and sunbeds. Had to move from tropical villa with outside bathroom due to the amount of mosquitoes. Hotel room with view of pool was very clean and nice ....just location of room meant there were very foul smells of sewerage which other parts of the hotel didnt suffer from. The concierge staff were amazing as were reception staff. More staff needed in Amazon cafe as waited for over half an hour in queue before giving up. Was lovely to see the monkeys, lizards and butterflies around the resort.

Der Hotel Empfang ist auf der Ostseite und sie probieren die Zimmern von dieser Seite zuerst zu verteilen. Der Strand dort ist nicht schön, es ist primär ein Hafen, um Touristen auf die Halbinsel zu bringen. Wir mussten einen Aufpreis zahlen um auf der Strandseite bleiben zu können. Sie nennen die Zimmern auf der Strandseite Suites aber die Zimmer sind genau gleich wie die restlichen, keine Suiten und schlecht ausgestattet. Bei Einzug war das Zimmer nicht richtig geputzt, mit vielen Haaren am Boden, erst auf Druck von uns wurde es erneuert geputzt. Zudem sind es diejenigen Zimmer, welche zuletzt geputzt werden. Bis beinahe 17 Uhr waren die Zimmer immer noch nicht gemacht, trotz dem Aufpreis für die "Suite" . Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, es gibt keine frisch gepressten Säfte. Früchte gab es nur 3 verschiedene Sorten und jeden Tag die gleichen. Vom Essen (z. B. Curry) wurden immer nur kleine Portionen in die Behälter gefüllt. Wenn etwas fertig war (was oft passierte) +, musste man lange warten auf Nachschub. Wir haben einmal 25 Min auf Nachschub für ein grünes Curry gewartet. Das Hotel verkauft kein Alkohol, wenn man ein Beer trinken möchte, muss auf ein anderes Hotel oder ins Dorf kaufen . Es gibt ein Café Amazon genau bei den Strandliegestühlen des Hotels. Dieses ist bei den Tagesausflüglern sehr beliebt und am Nachmittag sammeln sich direkt neben den Liegestühlen des Hotels täglich viele Leute und man kann nicht lesen oder schlafen weil es so lärmig ist.

Hotel bem proximo do porto de chegada da ilha, que se extende até a outra costa, então abrange as duas praias principais de railay, ou seja, muito bem localizado. Equipe de funcionários receptiva e prestativa. Quarto com instalações antigas, foi um dos hoteis mais antigos que ficamos nos nossos 20 dias de thailandia. É um hotel muçulmano, então não vende bebidas alcoolicas. A frente para a praia de railay west tem piscina, que fica lotada de criancas, e o restaurante. A impressão é que é um hotel muito familiar. Pela localização em railay e o preço, considero justo.

Staff were wonderful and d the resort is nicely laid out. We stayed in a bungalow, there wasn't a huge amount of privacy but perfectly adequate for a night or two.

Room was a little dated and worn, but the location was excellent and staff were very helpful.

De bungalows zijn veroudert en hebben echt een vernieuwing nodig! Schimmel bij kitranden, douche die gewoon niet goed werkt, kraan wastafel los houtwerk verrot! Locatie is leuk en personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt is ok

Fantastic location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped (air con, fridge, beach towels, bag and flip flops).

Great Hotel with amazing staff. Would return and recommend.
