I requested assistance with a phone charger. I called late at night, and the staff were unwilling to help. I ordered delivery, but the phone wouldn't charge. Good hotel near Central Phuket. Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was good. Air con is prime, even can get very cold so fast in the midst of Phuket hot weather. The one expected improvement is their hot water flow stability, on our 3 nights stay, the water was often too hot, even after you pull the lever to the cold side. Their commitment in giving you daily 2 bottles of water is very good. I forgot to turn off the 'don't disturb' sign, so the housekeeping didn't make up my room, but they are still thoughtful to hang my daily bottled water allowance at my door. Overall, everything was still satisfactory, especially their room and twin bed size.

Arrived at the lobby, waited for check-in for 40 minutes. The staff did not check email on any device and informed us that there was no booking until we called, then we found a booking. Wasted 40 minutes of my time. Both the hotel office and Traveloka are bad at checking in and they do not care about the customers at all. I will stop using this app permanently.

The word service does not exist in this hotel. carry a lot of baggage No one came to help carry or receive, staying in Building 1, going to Building 1 was quite difficult. Instead of escorting them to the room, but there is no one, they are lost and find themselves. Go to stay for 3 people, but set a glass of water or coffee. What things are arranged in only 2 sets, there is no preparation to welcome customers at all

Entering the room on the 8th floor, the air conditioner has a very musty smell, informing the staff. Employees will come to clean the air conditioner at 10 p.m. So I asked to change the room. Came down to the 3rd floor, the Chinese floor, very loud.

Now the room is very bad, the smell musty, the bed is dirty, like the sheets have not been changed. At this price, you can sleep in a lot of good schools in Phuket. Have stayed before and don't plan to stay again.
