When we first stumbled upon this flat on Nimit, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Nimit is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Perfect for a big group!

There's a 7/11 right beside the hotel, very convenient for a late night snack/very early breakfast. There also a couple of restaurants, halal food, and thai massage. Location is also near to both the Asoke and Nana BTS station. The staffs were friendly even later on the evening, room was similar to what was displayed on the site. Everything was clean. The only thing we would like to comment on is the lack of hanger/space to put our clothes inside the bathroom to change. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

When I look for hotel in the city I only consider good location, cleanliness, comfy bed and good shower. SBox has all. It ' s close to BTS, Metro, EmQuartier, Terminal 21 and restaurants on Sukhumvit. Hotel is very close to the main road and the street is well lit. The room isn't too small if you don't have large suitcases. The window is a large fixed glass and cannot be opened which is not a problem for me. My favorite part is the strong hot shower. It doesn't have a fridge but it ' s got a safe box and a hair dryer which is all I need.

I only stayed for one night, but I think this accommodation will be perfect for long stay. It has kitchen appliances, washing machine (detergent included) & iron. The layout is also perfect, it has dining table, sofa and working table. I requested high floor room, and the lake view was amazing. It's a bit far from public transportation but they have shuttle to the main road.

THEE Bangkok by TH District

The hotel staffs were very welcoming and service minded. The only issue I had were the neighboring rooms were occupied by loud, obnoxious, and ill-mannered Indians. Nothing else to complain about the accommodation itself. I would stay here again in the future.

Stay here pretty often, convenient, very clean and good service. Just no coffee tea in room. Breakfast is normal. You can find local food around hotel also bakery and many good Cafe. Recommend. Not for pool, it's jacuzzi. Gym is OK
