Lovely property and cannot wait to return with my family. Delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Excellent staff and service all around.

The hotel, beach and food are nice, but the best is the service!! Everyone was always helpful and with a welcoming smile. We travel a lot and this hotel is highly recommended.

Beautiful stay, rooms were clean and property was clean. The spa was amazing and the staff was super hospitable. Beach was nice and clean and there were many activities!

Lovely clean modern room. Pool area great for families - there were a lot of families there. Lovely breakfast. Lovely location in the beach. Staff friendly and helpful. Only issue was that our son injured himself on an activity set up by the hotel for Song Kran. The injury meant he’s been unable to swim for a week now so it’s really impacted the holiday. The staff were brilliant when we notified them of the injury but when we raised concerns with management about the lack of health and safety they were dismissive and were inaccurate with their information. We just wanted to try and prevent the same thing happening to another child.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is off the chart! But the best thing was the staff. Especially Mintang at the front desk. She was the most welcoming hotel staff member we have ever had the pleasure to meet! In general, the entire staff was extremely pleasant.

Fabulous staff, particularly on the front desk. So welcoming and helpful. Lovely room, breakfast etc. Shame about so many sun beds having towels saving them but not being used all day. The first day no 3 sunbeds together anywhere and I had to sit on a towel… not great considering how much we paid. Also would be nice to have pool service where you can order and pay for drinks from sunbed (however lazy that sounds!). Just seemed like lots of staff everywhere except for pool area.

The fresh, local ingredients and the delightful presentation made every morning meal a treat. Overall Experience: The resort's amenities, including the fitness center and dining options, were top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and memorable. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and plenty of activities, SAii Laguna Phuket is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return!

A Perfect Stay with Our Little Explorer We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with our 1.5-year-old baby boy, who is at that magical age of exploring everything around him. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were not only professional and helpful but also genuinely warm and kind, making us feel at home from day one. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and designed with both comfort and elegance in mind. The food was absolutely fabulous, offering a perfect balance of quality, variety, and flavor. But beyond the great facilities and amazing dining experience, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference, especially when traveling with a little one. They welcomed our son with open arms, always greeting him with a smile and making sure he was happy and comfortable. This hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s a place where you feel cared for. We cannot recommend it enough and will definitely be returning!

Staff was awesome. They serve fresh picked coconut water which is a huge plus

Excellent hotel! The only downside for me was the windsurfing. It was mentioned as an included activity, however they only had one board and one rig, both of which were worn out and were not a suitable size (giant beginner board and a 5.5m sail with no harness).

A great venue to enjoy Phuket

Service was very average and not what I would expect from a premium hotel in Asia. The sun loungers we reserved very early by guest for often never bothered to turn up. Top hotels don’t allow this On the positive side the hotel is well located on a beautiful part of the beach
