We enjoyed our 4 night stay here, check-in was very friendly, & flawless, and all the staff were extremely courteous. Breakfast was both peaceful, and excellent, though we found the food, and in fairness the service, at Mr Toms, left a bit to be desired. Location is perfect, right on the beach, and if we were to head back to Bang Tao I'd probably book the SAii Laguna again.

Check in nightmare. Room not ready. Given another room set up for someone else. Told not to sit on bed while waiting either that or stand in corridor. When sorted which was well over an hour the request for a manager resulted in access to club. Given travel over Asia for well over a month with multiple hotels my experience would be stay clear!

This was my third stay at SAii Laguna Phuket, and once again, the team made it truly special. I really appreciate the personal touch and care provided throughout our visit.
A special thanks to Ju, Gade, and Tida from the Front Desk team for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Gift, Ging, Aomsin, and Ploy, who went above and beyond to take care of my family’s needs.
The resort’s beachfront location, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff make it a perfect destination for anyone seeking relaxation and fun.

Very cheap hotel. One of the worst I have stayed in. God awful food quality and very poor service. Old run down hotel which is constantly going through cost cutting renovations. No proper hygiene protocol in place. They put dirty soiled towels for me. Zero English proficiency, staff can barely understand anything. Cheap hotel charged us for a 4 hour late check out !
