Our resort is located in the exclusive and private Nakalay Beach. Nakalay Beach appearance is subjected to low and high tide. During low tide, prehistoric coral remains become visible making the beach not conducive for swimming.
Please note that the Hillside zone room types are only accessible by Cable Car. This offers a unique jungle experience and great sea views while travelling to/from the room. For the comfort and safety of all guests, this service may be slow and guests may experience short delays. The Cable Car operates from 07:00 - 23.00 hrs. While the Cable Car service is closed, guests may contact the reception for a transportation service.
*All-Inclusive Drinks Terms and Conditions* 1. For Hotel Guests only with a minimum of 5 Nights stay 2. All or none of the guests within the party/reservation are to be under all-inclusive drinks for the entire period of reservation. 3. No alcoholic drinks for persons under the age of 20 (measured at time of stay and not time of making booking) 4. Drinks are to be consumed within the outlet. No takeaways allowed. 5. All-Inclusive Drinks are to be served during the following times at the following outlets only. •11am to 9pm at Marisa Restaurant •11am to 7pm at Crocodile Pool Bar 6. Next drink is to be served only after previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time. 7. Drinks are to be order for self only. No ordering drinks for other people. 8. In the event that the Hotel suspect that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserve the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levy a 10,000 THB Fine per guest at the hotel's discretion. 9. Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to self and others at the hotel’s own discretion. 10. All inclusive drinks starts at 3pm on check-in date and ends at 12pm on check-out date 11. Guests are to order from all inclusive drinks menu only. Hotel reserves the right to amend All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice.
