First time staying and really enjoying it

Extremely friendly check in. My room was clean and had everything I needed.

TV doesn't work well. Poor video .

The stay was fine. You could smell a lot of weed. Also smoke detector was going off and they did not have an extra battery so they just had to disconnect it. Cable was not good as a tree fell on the cable lines so the TV was pretty bad. The chair in the room was filthy only because a lot of construction workers stay there and I understand that. The bed skirt on one of the beds was pretty darn dirty. I like a firm mattress and these were firm but they were so firm that my body was in pain lol. The carpet was clean, the beds were very clean. The heater and the air conditioner worked well. All in all you get what you pay for and we just needed an overnight ...would I recommend it? Probably not because I would not stay there again. It was $95 and I thought that was expensive for the room we had. However let me be clear the two ladies that were at the desk were so accommodating and so friendly! You couldn't ask for a nicer people and they tried their best.

Clean room

Place was not kept up very well. Took awhile to get checked in. Around midnight there was a disturbance of yelling, doors slamming and loud noises. When I tried to use house phone, the cord was damaged, when I reported to front desk, phone had a lot of static and could barely hear. We felt uneasy even before that.

When I entered the room, there was a cockroach on the floor. I took a picture of it and showed it to the person at the counter when I checked out Sunday morning The breakfast was pathetic.

It was a decent room for the price. Room was clean and had a microwave and fridge.

Service was decent but the place is very dirty, walls cracked, wet Sheetrock veeery dirty walls and carpet. PROSTITUTION EVERYWHERE! I felt extremely uncomfortable with my children.

Nowhere to park and overpriced for the quality of the room

The bed was ok and towels. Doir to the handicap needs replacement or repair. Flourescent lights in the sink area went out and need replacement.The "breakfast" consisted of coffee or juice, a plain bagel with no cream cheese or even peanut butter. Or plain white bread or stale looking mini muffins. Very substandard.

Couch looked like they grabbed it off the street , sink was hanging & chair was molded unsafe for kids and family to sleep

The room was extremely tidy and clean.

The hotel is old and well worn. The rooms have an old cigarette smell and the carpet is stained. The TV was too small and had poor connection. The bathroom was updated with hot water. The rooms need improved and cleaned furnishings and the bedding needs updating.

Paint was chipped, layout of room inconvenient (fridge and microwave only accessible when bathroom door closed); shower stool placed under clothes rack. Fairly good basic, well located.

There was mold by the refrigerator door there was holes in the walls the bed was sunk in and a piece of metal was showing from under the bed the bathroom door wasn’t closing it was a mess the refrigerator had mold and some kind of red liquid inside the bottom of it
