Econo Lodge Laurel

Very nice place. It's was easy access to lots of restaurants. The hotel was clean and relaxing

It was reasonably priced, it's an older hotel and not very updated but the staff was super friendly and very welcoming

It was great the lady at the desk was so sweet and nice her name was dot

Easy to get in and out and around town.

Tried to stay in a non smoking room and the smoke and mildew hit us as we walked in the door. We were unable to stay at hotel. Friend traveling with me highly allergic to smoke. Still waiting on call back from manager on refund

When we first approached the room all the locks were not screwed in so I told my husband to close the door since i had the key to see if someone can enter the room without a key he closed the door and kicked the door……….. and it flew wide open. they would not switch is to a different room or give us a refund. The room smell like a wet a*s dog. mold all in the shower the lamps and other light fixtures was barely working i would not recommend 0/10

The phone didn’t work and the toilet didn’t flush and they say breakfast but there was only cereal and hard donuts and mini muffins

Couldnt sleep because of noise and music. Went to office and complained 3 times. Several other people complained. Lady at desk made several visits to the room. Finally was convinced to turn down music but it was after midnight. Room

My stay here was quite nice. The rooms were cleaned everyday and look very nice inside. The customer service at the front desk, especially Mrs. Dot were very helpful and super friendly. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Had a non smoking room and it reaked of cigarette smoke. When I asked to move rooms I was denied. Will not be going back

The room was very large and clean. Everyone was quiet and to themselves. Put a towel down in the shower to prevent slipping. The beds were very comfy.

Very clean, nice staff, very sparse breakfast.

The room was a bit dirty. The floors hadn't been cleaned and the bathroom was nasty. Laurel was very nice

Fine for a shower and a sleep. Clean rooms, front desk helpful and friendly.

I have been traveling with my 81 yo mom and this hotel was by far the best. It was close enough for us to walk everywhere. Breakfast was only thing she was not fond of, lacked fruits and flavored creamer. But was awesome place. Highly recommend.
