Clean and comfortable

By far the best stay I've ever had at a hotel. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great and convenient. Everything is so clean and the beds are so comfortable.

The staff at the lobby desk was superb - especially Cindy who went out of her way to assist me. Additionally, all the staff members I encountered ( housekeeping, staff at the dining room) were very accommodating & friendly. The only thing negative is the workout room is so very warm & no fans. The equipment is very good though.

Free parking turned out to be not free.

The room was not cleaned. Had to ask for housekeeping. Bad service.

We checked in and went to our room,but when we went in, it hadn't been cleaned (towels everywhere and dirty...they forgot to clean it). We went back and got a different room, but not a good first impression. Then, someone scratched up my car pretty bad in the parking garage (seemed to be like a key scratch, or maybe a bicycle/cart). Hotel reception said to contact their security, but security said they couldn't do anything or find anything), and I intentionally parked in front of their elevator camera on the second floor on 8/17. I wasn't going to call DC police about it, but overall, not a great experience.

Had to wait for employee to come out the back to get help when checking in. Beds were clean but the pullout sofa bed was old. Do not book this hotel for the breakfast or the welcome reception, they were both sub par. The welcome reception was just popocorn and some drinks from a makeshift bar. Parking is attached but they charge.

Please bring some retail stores back to the hotel area

The hotel is ok, it is clean, staff was very nice. However, it has a sense of abandonment, maybe because the mall it’s in is empty. The rooms are old, everything feels old. I personally did not like it, and preferred to move right away to a nicer and more lively hotel in Georgetown area.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2-day stay. My daughter and I loved the Manager's Reception and omelettes for breakfast! I'd love to stay again!

The rooms are starting to show wear and tear and could use some TLC.

Convenient friendly and good price

Acquired lots of mosquito bites in the room.

To be transparent,I chose this Hilton property based on no availability of my usual hotel. No indication of where to park, long wait at check in. Found mold in bathtub of my suite after I had fully unpacked. Relocation to another suite, no glasses in suite, stain on bedspread, frayed carpets. Asked for issues to be addressed, never were, glasses after 3 requests finally brought up by a facility person, only to be removed by house keeping the next day. Bed never made in entire stay. Hotel housekeeping was minimal, and low level at best. No evening manager on duty. Manager next day spoke to ongoing issues, but never checked on requested corrections, or follow up of any kind. Young unprofessional staff at desk. Couldn't really tell if they worked there. Escalator & elevators broken during stay. Workout room was dirty, machines were rusty& no effort to clean or wipe down the machines. There was little to nothing to appreciate about this hotel experience. Could not ever recommend staying there ever.

This was perfect for our family. We couldn’t wait to get back to our hotel after long days touring DC. Would definitely stay here again.

This property has lost its way. They oversold and did not have my room when I arrived and I had to go 1/2 a mile away for the night. When I was able to get into a room to finish the trip, the bathroom was dirty and the room was showing the wear and tear. I am currently getting them to remove overcharges from my credit card. They have been unresponsive and I have had to get the credit card company involved.
