Staff very polite Rooms clean but not spotless

Great room, clean and comfortable.

Satisfied with everything, the only possible downside is the street noise.

Very clean. New furnishings. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Wide selection of items for breakfast. Very central convenent location. Close to grocery stores and pharmacies as well.

Hola,me he hospedado en este hotel muchas en muchas oportunidades por años. En esta oportunidad el seńor Juan y Ayelen me recibieron ese día,Mi reserva como lo hago siempre fue un cuarto Deluxe,donde se pueden hospedar 3 personas claramente está en la descripción,mi reservación decía 1 viajero ya que fui yo la única en volar de Miami USA,mis familiares me esperaban justo afuera del hotel ese día,lo cual sumábamos 3 personas. Juan y Atelen súper agresivos y mal hablados,una clara actitud despreciante hacia mí,me cobraron extra por cada uno de ellos,siendo que ya había pagado esa habitación por 3,dejó claro que es la más costoso de todas,después de la de balcón,aprovechando la oportunidad quisieron sacar dinero extra conmigo,les expliqué y mostré mi reserva del cuarto Deluxe,pero no funcionó y debí pagar ese dinero extra, Imagino que ellos se lo quedaron para su uso personal. Me sentí muy incómoda al ver como me despojaban de mi dinero sin razón, Me exigieron pagar esa diferencia,que si no abonada esa cantidad perdía mi reserva, es una habitación costosa más de USD100 x noche,así que aboné y me alojé, Definitivamente no me quedaré más en esa hotel. Les comenté lo que sucedió a todas las personas que he recomendado para alojarse que ya no regresen ahí. Como supervisoras de operaciones de hoteles en USA,yo les recomiendo aprender de la profesión de hoteleria, hospitalidad,compromiso y lealtad, Plus-Costumer service- ojalá lleguen a ser buenos empleados/no malos despedidos.

Clean, comfortable room and welcoming reception staff. Good breakfast. The only downside was the street noise all night long. Earplugs are beneficial for a good night's sleep.

AC was comfortable. Room was nice but there was a lot of street noise. The streets around the hotel became desolate at night and unsavory characters tend to walk around the area. The staff was generally friendly.

Bad location, quite rough. The room is nice, but too many windows, making it cold and extremely noisy. On Fridays and Saturdays, there are drums until 3am, and drunk people screaming until 6am, making it impossible to sleep. The people at the reception couldn't even be bothered to talk. A Chinese guest was watching extremely loud "funny" videos during breakfast, I asked a member of staff to speak to the guest, and they refused it. Were were going to leave our luggage there and pick it up later, but we didn't feel like they were people of trust.

Wonderful hotel in the he heart of El Centro. Near everything.

Amazing staff extremely reliable and clean room. Very helpful in accommodations for our toddler.
