The hotel is still under construction so the service is not very good! There is no parking space. The shower water is not hot enough, the first person to shower is hot, the remaining 3 people have cold water in the winter. The single bed is small and the 2 pillows are too big, it feels like they want to fall off the bed. There is construction going on all around! Amenity areas such as swimming pools are not open! Bored!!!

Long check-in, check-in 1 room with broken balcony door, 1 room with air conditioning problems forever not up. Called 5 contests 3 employees went up and down continuously but still failed. Please change room is also not supported!

The staff is quite enthusiastic, especially the restaurant staff. When asking the staff if there is a room, please check in early because the gdin has small children, the staff said exactly 3 o'clock to check in as standard! Then being helped by the staff at the check-in counter, which is quite good. Had a power failure so it was quite hot, it feels bad to stay 3 days and lose power for 3 days
