I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and the staff made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at check-in, and every team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed.
Whether it was providing local tips, helping with luggage, or arranging transportation, the staff were always proactive, friendly, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to experience such consistent hospitality throughout an entire stay—even the check-out process was smooth and thoughtful.
This level of service truly made me feel at home and taken care of. I can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return on my next visit. Thank you to the amazing team for making my trip so memorable!

Absolutely a great stay at Aurora Premium Hotel. We booked two rooms, and both were cozy and clean, with good water quality too.
The location is perfect – right in the Old Quarter, within walking distance to many shops and tourist attractions.
Their breakfast was nice, and I loved that they served pho every day – my comfort food while in Vietnam.
The staff were extremely friendly, which made us feel welcome.
We even decided to book again after our two-day trip to Sapa, staying here for a total of four room nights. Definitely a place we’d return to next time!

The hotel has a beautiful view, quite ok facilities, enthusiastic and polite staff, very delicious and varied breakfast! However, the food in the room is limited (only Western dishes, no Vietnamese dishes), I hope the resort will soon add a menu to the menu for variety. Another small suggestion is that each villa should have an outdoor dining table with a roof so that families can eat privately and more cleanly! Currently, there is only a small tea table that does not meet the needs, eating in the room is inconvenient! 🥰

Great experience with the hotel. Location is just right beside the church, the hotel is clean and ancient style. Staff is supportive and nice. I did enjoy talking with them. The breakfast is also nice. As a whole I do recommend the hotel!
