The hotel is located right in the center. The staff is very enthusiastic. We checked in at 1am but the staff was still cheerful. The room is like the picture. There is hot and cold shower. Breakfast is a bit basic, only fried instant noodles or noodle soup. The price is reasonable.

Cheap room but good quality. Spacious room, balcony, less than 1km from the center, near Sapa market, convenient to travel. The hotel owner and his wife are enthusiastic, will book a room here again if I have the opportunity to come to Sapa.

Very good service, friendly staff. We check in sooner than 12h and the hotel is very convenient because we have been quite tired. Room service is always great, bed sheets, towels in the room are always clean. The hotel is still a tourist destination, the journey is very thoughtful. Hotel taxi to call yourself go to the tourist destination is also very caring, safe driving, fun. I will definitely come back.

I'm from Indonesia. I really enjoy staying at this hotel. I got a very cheap price, but they even gave us the best room. We got a room on the 5th floor with a balcony and a very best view (city and lake view at one place). I'm so lucky and very happy. All staff are very kind, and the girl staff can give you information because she can speak English. Trust me, Sapa Crown Hotel is near all your destination places. So, this hotel is very recommended to you all 😊☺️
