Banyan Tree Lang Co Vietnam

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at a Banyan Tree hilltop villa! Our concierge, Man, was so attentive and made our stay extra special. He truly thought of everything, from afternoon tea services to customizing our daily schedules. The breakfast and Thai restaurants were both amazing. We also loved our spa services. The villa was huge and had a great view. This was one of our favorite resort stays ever.

Everything was exceptional, from stunning views to delicious food. We had great service from Yen who went above and beyond.

The villa was amazing and the location is beautiful. We will definitely be back in the future.

The staff is incredible. Everyone knew your name, what you were doing that day. The food at the water court was masterful. The rooms— absolutely divine. Amenities upon amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, though it felt somewhat dated and perhaps didn’t quite match the high expectations we had for the price point — it’s more reminiscent of a property that would have been luxurious 15 years ago. We visited during the off-season, so the hotel wasn’t very busy, and unfortunately the weather wasn’t ideal. The restaurants lacked atmosphere, and the resort overall felt a bit like a ghost town, perhaps because many facilities are spread out and shared with the neighboring Asanya Hotel. On the positive side, we had an excellent massage at the spa and really enjoyed the breakfast selections. We dined at both on-site restaurants, and Saffron Thai was fantastic, particularly for the views. All staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. One minor concern was that our first morning’s walk along the beach revealed quite a bit of rubbish, though we did notice staff collecting it the following day.

The resort was great but very limited things to do especially evening time

If I could rate it more stars I would. The setting and facilities are beutiful but it’s the staff the make Banyan Tree Lang Co … they are the most amazing, kindest and wonderful people

Our Villa Host, Man was amazing!!!! Super friendly, responsible, helpful, spontaneous and personable!!!! He has exceeded my expectations every time! An absolute super staff you have!!! The Villa was clean and comfortable. Privacy was respected. Cleaning staff were quick and quite thorough. I also really like the maintenance option you have on the website so I can report any defects, which were all taken care of at the indicted time. A big thumbs up for your maintenance team too! Greeters at the restaurants were all great! They remembered us by face and our orders from the day before…..amazing! Shi was particularly attentive!!!! Your Spa is also of high standard…… loved the massages!!!! Ladies there were skillful and gentle!❤️ In general, our stay with you was great! I would definitely recommend and have already recommended to our friends! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Awesome setting Comfortable bed

Wow!! I cannot stress how beautiful this holiday was. The staff were absolutely incredible, nothing was too much for them . They were helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. The villa was perfect. It was clean , comfortable and nothing hadn’t been thought of . The in room check in after a long journey was a perfect touch . Fresh fruit , tea. Coffee , fresh towels and toiletries were stocked up daily . On the last night we arrived back to a beautiful bath with petals and fresh fruit . All the small things matter to the staff here . I would 100% return . A perfect holiday made better by fabulous staff and setting

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel during our trip with our parents. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Mr. Tuan, our manager. His exceptional service and kindness really stood out and made our experience even more memorable. We would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Banyan Tree Lang Co, in Da Nang Area is certainly one of the best resorts we have visited, in Asia, and possibly in the world; first and foremost - the service is attentive and maticulous; the rooms are spacious, the private pools are wonderful. the public area - swimming pool and the beach are just fantastic; food quality is decent; only thing we did not appreciate was the private BBQ grill in the villa; it is one of the resorts that we would like to come back to; highly recommended

If you are looking for a beautiful place in nature where you can restore your spirit and calm your mind this is for you. Fantastic service and very well kept property. They will accommodate all your needs, just communicate them :) Man is the best villa butler you could ask for. Thank you for a great stay.

Incredible hotel and location with exceptional staff. Room exceeded expectations. Only downside is proximity to activities outside of the property. In some ways, this was a plus as it allowed us to take advantage of all the hotel had to offer including jet skis, paddle boards and gym

Since our arrival until our check out, our time at the Banyan Tree Lang Co has been fabulous. The only negative is that we stayed for only 5 nights. I wish it could have been more. Our lagoon view villa was beautiful, designed in a traditional style. Our preference over a large scale hotel resort. We had the use of bicycles for our stay which was perfect for getting around the complex. Lovely little paths and pretty lantern lit bridges to cycle or walk through. We ate in all the restaurants over the course of our stay and also tried out Rice Bowl next door in the Angsana hotel. Every meal was delicious with exceptional service. We had what’s app chat with our own villa host which felt personal. We enjoyed the beach with stunning sea views. Staff there would bring us complementary sorbet, water and snacks each day. We also enjoyed a couples massage in the spa. Another lovely experience. I have to say the staff really made the difference. Stand out service, smiles and hellos from everyone. We have stayed in lovely resorts in the past but the Bayan Tree Lang Co truly stands out. Would love to return.
