We were pleasantly surprised from the very start. Check-in was seamless and it took less than two minutes to receive our room key. The concierge personally escorted us upstairs, and we were welcomed by a perfectly cooled room. The ambiance was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary fruits and chilled drinks in the fridge. A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily at 3 pm, while breakfast offered an impressive variety that we truly enjoyed. Overall, we are thoroughly impressed by the quality and service delivered by this underrated boutique hotel in HCMC. We will definitely return for our next trip. Rating: 10/10

Oh my gosh! If there is 10* for the rating, I have to vote for ICONSG maximum!!! Really, this is a great hotel, not a minus, only a plus, my friends! I stayed 2 nights at ICON, I came here for a business trip but I have to say it feels like traveling iiiiii..!!! Thank you beautiful and friendly receptionist, I am at 305 and every time I call down to the counter, I am always happy! Also support chin Check in early, check out late freeeeeee!!! All in all, it's so dumb, everyone! Oh, there's also afternoon tea, if I get unlimited votes, I have to vote 5.6 pages too iiiiiiiii! The price is too cheap compared to the service! Fast & easy check-in at midnight. Good sized room. Welcomed with plate of fruit and water in the room. Nice touch. Interesting space (no exterior window) but actually worked. Not as bad as it would seem. Can hear people talking in the hallway at times but ok otherwise. VERY LOVELY breakfast rooftop space and delicious offerings! Would go back just for this! Nice afternoon tea spread included in price as well! Great value. Good location.

This hotel is over rated, I give it a 3 star. Staff is good. Room was crappy. Long wait to enter the room because they can’t program the keys correctly that make me waits some time outside the room. The pictures of this hotel is lie to your eye. I would compare to motel 6. (USA)
