It was a pleasant stay at Icon. The receptionist was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was good and the coffee was freshly prepared per pax. The room and bathroom was clean. There was a plate of fresh fruits provided in our room upon our check-in. The guy cleaning the room did a great job!

We were pleasantly surprised from the very start. Check-in was seamless and it took less than two minutes to receive our room key. The concierge personally escorted us upstairs, and we were welcomed by a perfectly cooled room. The ambiance was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary fruits and chilled drinks in the fridge. A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily at 3 pm, while breakfast offered an impressive variety that we truly enjoyed. Overall, we are thoroughly impressed by the quality and service delivered by this underrated boutique hotel in HCMC. We will definitely return for our next trip. Rating: 10/10

Oh my gosh! If there is 10* for the rating, I have to vote for ICONSG maximum!!! Really, this is a great hotel, not a minus, only a plus, my friends! I stayed 2 nights at ICON, I came here for a business trip but I have to say it feels like traveling iiiiii..!!! Thank you beautiful and friendly receptionist, I am at 305 and every time I call down to the counter, I am always happy! Also support chin Check in early, check out late freeeeeee!!! All in all, it's so dumb, everyone! Oh, there's also afternoon tea, if I get unlimited votes, I have to vote 5.6 pages too iiiiiiiii! The price is too cheap compared to the service! Outstanding from walking in the first day to walking out at the end. Great team from the front desk to the cooks upstairs and everyone in between. So courteous and professional. I think my bookings are going to revolve around breakfast buffets. Icon's breakfast buffet had everything you could imagine, even century eggs. Amazing.

Rooftop pool was clean and open all day. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection. The only down side is the gym was really hot, but it’s Vietnam so that is to be expected. Room was functional, but nothing to call home about.
