We were pleasantly surprised from the very start. Check-in was seamless and it took less than two minutes to receive our room key. The concierge personally escorted us upstairs, and we were welcomed by a perfectly cooled room. The ambiance was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary fruits and chilled drinks in the fridge. A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily at 3 pm, while breakfast offered an impressive variety that we truly enjoyed. Overall, we are thoroughly impressed by the quality and service delivered by this underrated boutique hotel in HCMC. We will definitely return for our next trip. Rating: 10/10

Oh my gosh! If there is 10* for the rating, I have to vote for ICONSG maximum!!! Really, this is a great hotel, not a minus, only a plus, my friends! I stayed 2 nights at ICON, I came here for a business trip but I have to say it feels like traveling iiiiii..!!! Thank you beautiful and friendly receptionist, I am at 305 and every time I call down to the counter, I am always happy! Also support chin Check in early, check out late freeeeeee!!! All in all, it's so dumb, everyone! Oh, there's also afternoon tea, if I get unlimited votes, I have to vote 5.6 pages too iiiiiiiii! The price is too cheap compared to the service! Great location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and big enough for two with luggage (hard to get sometimes in city hotels). Free mini bar was appreciated after a hot day of walking. Breakfast was good with lots of choices buffet style. Would stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to the fact my room smelled like cigarettes. With me having asthma it wasn’t good. House keeping came and sprayed air freshener (very strong) which was worst cause that can trigger asthma. The floor in the room was dirty, the bed skirt showed it. The curtains were dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The outside area smelled bad and looks dirty

The hotel is pretty central (a few minutes walk from the opera house) with welcoming, friendly staff, good sized clean rooms and a good breakfast selection. The afternoon tea (tea/coffee and small cakes and sandwiches) is a nice bonus too.
