We were pleasantly surprised from the very start. Check-in was seamless and it took less than two minutes to receive our room key. The concierge personally escorted us upstairs, and we were welcomed by a perfectly cooled room. The ambiance was charming, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared with complimentary fruits and chilled drinks in the fridge. A lovely touch was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily at 3 pm, while breakfast offered an impressive variety that we truly enjoyed. Overall, we are thoroughly impressed by the quality and service delivered by this underrated boutique hotel in HCMC. We will definitely return for our next trip. Rating: 10/10

Oh my gosh! If there is 10* for the rating, I have to vote for ICONSG maximum!!! Really, this is a great hotel, not a minus, only a plus, my friends! I stayed 2 nights at ICON, I came here for a business trip but I have to say it feels like traveling iiiiii..!!! Thank you beautiful and friendly receptionist, I am at 305 and every time I call down to the counter, I am always happy! Also support chin Check in early, check out late freeeeeee!!! All in all, it's so dumb, everyone! Oh, there's also afternoon tea, if I get unlimited votes, I have to vote 5.6 pages too iiiiiiiii! The price is too cheap compared to the service! Good things: the food was great - breakfast was fantastic and even the restaurant upstairs was good. The mini bar in the room was clear on what’s free vs what wasn’t. The rooftop patio was nice. Not so great: Noise - it is really loud. The city is already loud but the sound proofing was not great. I could also hear everything in the room next door. I did not sleep well. Also not much hot water in your shower, and yes, we followed the instructions. There was also a weird smell in our room but perhaps that was coming from the street. Overall, this city was not for us. The hotel was alright but I was expecting a bit of a better experience considering what we paid. But the staff was really nice, hardworking, and really cares about you.

The crew was very kind and helpful!! Rooms were clean and nice, and had all the amenities you need. Also had bathtub. Location of the hotel was safe and central, close to shopping and restaurants. Very nice rooftop bar and pool. The pool area was small, maybe space enough for 15 people, and there were no sunbeds, but some sofaes you could rest on. Wifi was good, tv only had one channel, but you could log on to several streaming services. Would stay there agian for a shorter time.

I had booked a room with no external windows, which isn't terrible but I missed having daylight wake me up. The location of the hotel is great, staff are wonderful, bed was very comfortable. Bar and pool area is very small but very pretty. It's probably more of a 3 star hotel but very nice all the same. Recommend the Hilton Sky Bar nearby for amazing views!
