Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped me much to reschedule my booking which was already reached the no-return point by rule. Much appreciated. In addition, everything is excellent: great car parking, good location, nice breakfast, clean and soundproof room... I have nothing to complain, not a single word. Keep up the good work!!!!

The hotel has good service: attentive, enthusiastic staff, professional service. Room cleaning both morning and night (a bit surprising😅) My family stayed in a family room at the end of the house, with a partition between the living room and the bedroom; very convenient for families. The room interior is brand new. The bathroom has an automatic toilet, is spacious, and has a bathtub. There is a basement with games for children. Warm water swimming pool. Breakfast depends on each person's taste, with many dishes. In general, I have experienced many resorts and 5-star hotels. I find it very worthwhile here. Will come back and will still choose to stay here. Nothing to complain about.

Great hotel, excellent services, the staffs here are the nicest people I have ever met. Our room was really clean and spacious, with a balcony offering both garden and mountain view. The location is near enough to the center so it doesn't cost you a lot even when travelling by taxi, but still guarantees peaceful sleep at night. I'll definitely come back when I visit Dalat again. Highly recommended.
