I and my wife and our 13-year-old son had a fantastic 9-night stay at Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc Resort! The 5 Star Hotel upgraded our original reservation to a wonderful 3 Bedroom Deluxe Villa. The beautiful villa was huge and it included our own private swimming pool and garden. Everything in the villa was modern, attractive, clean, and comfortable and the massive ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom were also a plus! We enjoyed delicious breakfasts at our large dining table every morning and it was nice to watch some of our favorite programs and movies on the large flat-screen televisions. We also made good use of the large refrigerator/freezer and microwave oven in our kitchenette. The hotel's lovely clean beach was only a few steps away from our villa and we also enjoyed swimming in the great pool that can be used by all of the hotel guests. The service at the hotel was superb and the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. We highly recommend Best Western Premier Sonasea Resort to anyone looking for an excellent place to stay in Phu Quoc.

Everything was awesome. Clean room, beautiful beach and swimming pool. All hotel staffs were super friendly and professional, especially the Bellman named Anh, he was so so nice and helpful. Pretty sure you will be impressive by the service of the resort, everyone try their best to meet your requests. Besides, don't forget to try the restaurant in front of the beach, that's a great experience you should never miss (and again, restaurant's staff is great too). I definitely choose SOL by Melia for the next trips to Phu Quoc. Love xx

So happy with my stay here. Everything was very clean and comfy, we stayed at the deluxe sea view and the room looks exactly like the pictures they put up here. Great location to explore the downtown area. Staff are nice and helpful. No dodgy extra fee on anything. The breakfast buffet had a wide selections for us to choose. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend this one to everyone!

I love this hotel as well as the professional staffs. I couldn't help falling in love with every little details. The receptionist is extremely friendly. I got a junior suite room, which is out of my exception. The Thai restaurant is a must try place, Ms.AOM (restaurant manager) was so caring and helped us understand more about Thai food/culture. As this hotel is managed by Thailand standard then you should try Thai Food here. Definitely will be back to Dusit Phu Quoc.

No intercom to order food from room. Charged 15% of bill to get food served at the doorstep. Kettle is not clean. No elevator or baggage shifting service. Air conditioner not functional as expected. Door mechanism was bad. Couldn't lock the door. All the time door was unlocked during our stay. Unpleasant experience not worth for money.

I followed the flight + hotel combo on the app, calculated ~ 1 million / room, when I called directly to check the price, the resort also quoted the same price. Beautiful space, like heaven. More beautiful images on the web at reference again. Extremely quiet and peaceful. You go with me to describe this place as "A piece of Paradise". Nice and clean rooms, new, pool is also filtered every day. The beach also has rubbish but is also cleaned by the resort every morning. The food price is also ok and it suits my taste. The owner of the resort is also very friendly, so the staff, cute and enthusiastic. I fell down the foot of the staff member to pick up tobacco leaves for the next day. Free breakfast and breakfast water, breakfast included. Payment is also conveniently clear easy. What counts is still free iced tea, not all tourist types also charge. *** Consideration: The location of the resort is very far from the city center, running for about 40 minutes, but because the road is also airy, I go to the Lunar New Year, the atmosphere is comfortable, so it is okay. In return to the resort near Ham Ninh fishing village, it is easy to go to seafood restaurants. In the evening, there are many mosquitoes, the resort also prepares sprays for guests but I feel that it does not work. The road to the resort in the evening has no street lights, you have to drive a motorbike about 20 minutes more in the dark, sometimes there are lights of houses. The motorbike rented by the resort did not check carefully, so it ran abruptly and slipped at the bus stop. So you should check the motorcycle before using, because most old cars. Overall I find here is a completely correct choice. I am extremely pleased to have chosen this place. Really relax properly here. Feeling totally worth the money. 🤗 Highly recommend 👍👍👍
