Novotel Phu Quoc Resort

Doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel. Lacks that luxury feeling.

The place is nice look like Bali everything is good just the WiFi in the hotel room are very bad.

No notice when I book hotel, there was big noise from renovation site, Also they charged 2 times on same service.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay here. The staff and service provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Accomodation, food and amenities were great quality!

All went well with the assistance of Ms Trang & all the supporting staff. Food at the restaurant was very good Probably make another visit soon

Excellent location and very close to the beach! Beautiful resort with multiple swimming pools and breakfast buffet was very nice, plenty of options to select from.

The property itself was beautiful. The beach was dirty and polluted with trash and plastic strewn all over even in the water.

This is a nice resort that could be nicer. There are several areas around the resort that show stains on the flooring or grounds. In the common hallways there are multiple leaks from the ceiling. My room was very nice and well appointed. The food and beverage were considerably more expensive than other places in Vietnam, so if you are visiting here after travelling elsewhere in Vietnam - be prepared for the jump in prices!

everything was good except the foods in the restaurant wasn’t good. we were very disappointed about the foods. foods rating was about 2.5 to 3 star

It was a great place but the Christmas party lasted too long and the music was too loud. Every room can hear it.

Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. I know it's not common outside the US, but tipping the buggy drivers or room cleaners is always appreciated. Negatives Tourists. The amount of families that do not watch their kids, let them run rampant or the amount of adults that act incredibly entitled is astounding. During my 4 days, I witnessed a grown man sitting in the entrance fountain lounging like it was a pool, a woman take a paddleboard that was reserved for another guest and would not return it even after I told her the rental guidelines, a father letting his child walk along the outside border of the infinity pool on the other side of the glass where the drop was about 4 meters. If you go travel to another country that's not your own, please don't be that kind of tourist.

Déjeuner excellent, belle chambre avec vue sur la mer, bien entretenue, personnel attentionné. Le seul inconvénient est la musique techno le dimanche en fin de journée sur le bord de la piscine et la plage qui vient troubler la quiétude au coucher du soleil
