The first time I went to Sapa, I saw that the hotel received many good reviews, so I chose this as a place to rest on this trip. The brothers and sisters are very cheerful and enthusiastic, the room is clean and beautiful, the mountain view is quite good. A great trip and this is a place worth staying. If you are someone with a low budget to go to Sapa but still want a nice place to stay, fully equipped, right in the center of Sapa town... then THIS is a great choice. Friendly staff, enthusiastic support, You guys helped me move my stuff to the 4th floor, book a motorbike, book a taxi,... That day I arrived earlier than the check-in time of 6am, the staff lent me the toilet, let me leave my stuff there.... great. 5 stars for the service.

We had a memorable stay at Chau Long Hotel .. Room rates were reasonable but the service was unexpected, Room was clean and very nice, modern facilities with bathtub and high sanitary equipment. Especially, the view of the hotel overlooking Muong Hoa valley and Hoang Lien mountain, the meals at the restaurant are very delicious, reasonable price .. friendly and enthusiastic staff. Sky view restaurant on the 7th floor of the hotel is the main highlight, designed with unique architecture, open space, quiet, ideal for taking photos !! I am completely satisfied with my stay in Sapa

The family is very friendly and helpful. The staff was very nice and careful too. When they replaced my friend’s blanket, they rolled the blanket to avoid the water droplets from my friend’s towel. Nice location, near the stone church and the night market. The food is great! In short, I’m very pleased.

When reading through some reviews of foreigners they have bad feedback about the hotel, so I was a little anxious. But when I checked in and stayed there I found it great! Room too beautiful, clean, shower gel, razor shampoo, needles just enough, too cool. The staff there is very enthusiastic too. Our room was very spacious. The next time I go to sapa I will make reservations here again.
