It's very nice hotel, newest hotel with luxury facilities. They are 4 stars but feeling their services are like 5 star for sure cause hotel staff's attitude were very professional. I did spent 2 nights with them on my business trip in Da Nang; they are all very formal doing their services. They always say "hello" to you and help. Only 3 words to tell about them: friendly, helpful and values. Recommended to stay here for any reasons that you guys come Da Nang.

In the evening when it was raining heavily, when I arrived at the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the intern staff and even better when I checked in, I was greeted with a sign with the intern's sister. Student offers 1 glass of lemonade which is great. The first experience of seeing the hotel is very beautiful, fully equipped, even more than expected for any hotel with weight, coconut oil for hair, respirator, ..... a lot. Being welcomed with such enthusiasm made me instead of staying for 1 night, I chose to stay for 3 days because I liked it so much. Especially there is a German who is dedicated, caring, cheerful, enthusiastic, ..... very wonderful indeed quite a lady. If I have the opportunity to come back to Da Nang again, this is the hotel I will come back to.

The hotel is very beautiful and the price is super cheap. My room for 4 people is very large, separated into two separate rooms, in the middle is a very good dining table and kitchen area. Friendly staff, clean room. But I booked a room for 3 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 2, the bed was a bit small. Even though I booked a Deluxe triple room (3 single beds or 2 double beds). The hotel is near the center, the dining area is nearby and there is also a pediatrician. Very convenient for families with small children traveling.
