Du Tran (Receptionist) and his colleagues gave us very enthusiastic and thoughtful advice. Helped us have a great experience in Sapa from the 1st to the 3rd of Tet 2025. The room was spacious and clean. My family has 2 children so we chose the Family class, which has bunk beds for the children. They really liked it. Lotus aroma is great because it is close to both the big market and the night market. Convenient for shopping and traveling....

The hotel is close to the center, just a few steps to the square. The staff is extremely friendly and proactive. There is a clean shower and toilet area for visitors who arrive early in the morning. When I stayed, the room had a problem with the lock, but the staff quickly helped me change to another room. My room also came with a voucher for a foot bath, which was very nice. I will definitely come back next time!

The rooms here are very spacious, clean, fully equipped and the mountain view is very beautiful. The owner is very friendly. I have stayed in many rooms from 2-5 stars but have never seen any place clean the room as carefully as here. Overall, it is worth staying when coming to Sapa. Everything is great. The staff are friendly and nice. We arrived at the hotel at 9 AM, and they upgraded our rooms with a better view and allowed us to check in early with no extra charges. We booked a tour to Fansipan and a car for 2 days; the price is very affordable. On the last day, they allowed us to check out late for 2 rooms. We booked a car to go back to Lao Cai railway station, and it is cheaper than Grab. Their service is worth more than 5 stars, and we will stay here again if we visit Sapa next time.
