When we arrived at the hotel, everyone greeted us and we were guided to the lounge at the lobby. One of the staff collected our passports for checking in while we were served drinks. First impression? Impressive. Friendly staff always ready to help with a smile. I booked a suite and the room has 2 balconies with awesome beach view. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. The hot food station changes every day so you don't have to worry about eating the same. Food was marvellous. Planned a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and I was very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the planning stage till the end of our romantic dinner. The effort they all put in was 5 star standard. To others reading this, if you guys are planning a surprise birthday for your loved ones, this is the hotel for you. The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our trip most enjoyable. We will be back again definitely.

Our stay exceeded expectations from start to finish! The daily breakfast spread was fantastic — honestly better than what we’ve had at many restaurants. Our two-bedroom, two-bath suite was spotless and felt wonderfully spacious for the whole family. And the staff? Genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help whenever we needed it. We’ve since moved on to another hotel in Hanoi, but this place still lingers in our minds — nothing has compared since. Highly recommend!”

We had a wonderful stay at Le Sands Oceanfront. The team made our family feel so welcome, and we were especially touched by them singing happy birthday to both my son and daughter on their birthdays. That thoughtful gesture made our trip even more memorable. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights, with a beautiful atmosphere and amazing views. We also really enjoyed the cocktails and food by the pool — such a relaxing way to spend the day. We had a wonderful stay at Le San Oceanfront. The service was excellent, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, especially Judy was very helpful answering all our questions and concerns. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food. The rooftop pool was beautiful and had an amazing view, making it a perfect place to relax. Our room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Of all of the hotels that we stayed in in Vietnam this was arguably our favorite. It was clean, the staff were outstanding, the breakfast was opulent level with lots of vegan-friendly options and the value to price ratio was the best that we have had. It’s also right across from a very nice beach, you have to cross a somewhat busy road to get there but it was not a problem. When we stayed in June the beach was near deserted during the middle parts of the day, really only crowded with locals enjoying the beach from 5 AM to perhaps 6:30 AM or so and near sunset. We believe that all of the rooms have a waterfront view.
