When we arrived at the hotel, everyone greeted us and we were guided to the lounge at the lobby. One of the staff collected our passports for checking in while we were served drinks. First impression? Impressive. Friendly staff always ready to help with a smile. I booked a suite and the room has 2 balconies with awesome beach view. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. The hot food station changes every day so you don't have to worry about eating the same. Food was marvellous. Planned a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and I was very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the planning stage till the end of our romantic dinner. The effort they all put in was 5 star standard. To others reading this, if you guys are planning a surprise birthday for your loved ones, this is the hotel for you. The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our trip most enjoyable. We will be back again definitely.

This has been one of our favourite hotels so far in Vietnam!! At check in you are made to feel so important. Chloe was so lovely as was the rest of the staff! The breakfast was delicious with so much to choose from. I particularly liked the Sky bar the staff up there were awesome as was the food. We had a premium ocean front room with a balcony and even though the weather wasn't good it certainly didn't spoil our view. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are in Da Nang.

We stayed in the three bedroom suite which was two connecting rooms. The oceanfront views were amazing and we woke up early to watch the beautiful sunrises. Breakfast buffet had great options, and they switched up items day to day. You can book tours and rides through the hotel too, more pricy but we booked an early morning trip to Hoi An. Car was new and they gave us water bottles. Our whole family went to the spa, and it was so relaxing! They had discounted specials for lunar new year.

The overall experience was wonderful. The staff, already from the entrance of the hotel, was very welcoming and caring. We were very well taken cared of by the staff and are very happy with every contact with the staff that we had. The room was very clean and fresh, it looked like the pictures. The pool view from the rooftop was amazing. We loved the fact that the hotel looked like the pictures and of course more once we could experience it ourselves in person. We adored our hotelroom with the sea view, it was so worth the price. We also had a lot of fun our first evening when we could borrow two hotel bicycles for free to explore Da Nang. The breakfast options were also great. As a vegetarian and vegan our options were however a lot more limited. More options please! Some negatives were that the door alarm was stressful, it set off as soon as the door was not properly closed. This is a good thing - however, we had neighbors on our last night of stay that set the alarm off at least 10 times within 2-3 hours in the late evening who also didn't tend to the alarm straight off. It caused us a lot of stress because we really needed to rest to prepare for our flights the next day. There is also only 2 elevators for all guests - sometimes we had to wait some minutes to actually just be able to go down to the lobby or restaurant. Not a big inconvenience but something we noted as compared to another hotel we stayed at with a similar size that had 4 elevators.
