This hotel is in a great location. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The room was very clean. The only down side was the bed was a little uncomfortable for me and too much street noise to sleep well. Also, the room needs a ceiling fan to help cool off the room.

The family suite room was very spacious and clean, but unfortunately dated (ie old furnishings). The closet doors didn’t close properly, and the toilet kept running with water, so we had to call hotel maintenance staff to resolve (done quickly). The hotel location is EXCELLENT, adjacent to main square, and walking distance to Presidential Palace. We had to leave our luggage for storage, which was no issue at all

Hotel is really old, dingy and out dated. Peeling off paint, moldy bathroom grouts, toilet is so old that the paint doesn’t even stay!! Location is great but it doesn’t justify the cost and how old the rooms are! There are many great lodging options in Saigon and this one is not it!

A nostalgic hotel of Saigon Vietnam that provides a great memory for a return trip to hometown since I was a teen! Also Palace is in center of all activities as “all you can walk” Love the hotel forever!🇺🇸

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very helpful staff. Great location. Great breakfast. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was their shower. The water was very controlled. We are leaving very early prior to breakfast time, they provided boxed breakfast with sandwich, a dessert and drinks. Great. Awesome!

This was a very nice day in a nice section of Saigon. Like many hotels in the area, the lobby is beautiful, but the rooms show where. They are clean in the daily service does well. The breakfast had many options in a nice view of the city

Very clean property, lovely breakfast conveniently close to walking street and all the wonderful eateries. However my room on the 3rd floor at the back has an awful smell and very noisy from the aircond outside units but otherwise room very comfortable
